BEWARE! I feel I have been conned. I ordered a ‘Prestige WOOL Coat.’
After waiting weeks for it to arrive, I’m livid! There isn’t any wool in it. The inside label says 95% Polyester 5% cotton. It
’s been hung up since delivery and still looks like a creased, thin rag.
How to return? Emails to ‘Mae’ re a return have been pinging back and forth and I’ve now received the standard email offering me an immediate 25% refund which will reduce my environmental footprint and Marko Cheung/Co in Guangzhoo China laughs all the way to his bank.
I feel like logging it with trading standards. We should all complain to them but I fear this shower will change the ‘Destiny’ name and just re-advertise using the same photos.
Why I thought the coat was coming from Europe….🤷�♀�

I had to score 1 star as that is the only way I can write this review. If only I had read reviews on here before ordering 2 jumpsuits in November for £102 which arrived looking nothing like the photos, Cheap, thin shabby material. I returned the parcel on Dec 11th for £28 and after tracking the parcel arrived in China on 19thDec. It is still in customs awaiting clearance a month later and after daily emails to destiny label I get fobbed off and my questions regarding clearance etc unanswered. This is a SCAM company. I am now going to report to my credit card company. These people need closing down and their fraudulent website removing from the internet to save loss of money and upset to other people.

On the 9/01/2025 I ordered one pair of trousers and somehow I checked out paying for 2 pairs . After a number of emails they agreed to credit the 2nd unwanted pair and refund the amount which has now been credited back into my account. However the original pair of trousers have still not been shipped as of today 17/01/2025. I have emailed a number of times requesting a reason for this delay with no answer other than, thank you for your patience. I have now emailed again to cancel the entire order and am waiting for confirmation that this will happen. Would definitely not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered two ladies pullovers that looked very nice on the photos. When they arrived, they were squeezed into the tiniest packaging and when I took them out, they were paper thin fabric, creased and looked so cheap, even though I had paid £78 for the two, which was reduced by a discount.
Absolutely disgusting quality. On top of this, when I returned the goods to China, the cheapest postage was £20. This company is selling the poorest quality clothing and charging what one would pay in Europe for a decent quality gament.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had to score 1 star as that is the only way I can write this review. Non delivery of order

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The quality is absolutely terrible and bears no relation to the item photographed on the website. I have returned my items - but like others, my package is stuck at customs and no one is collecting it. What can we do? What are our rights? THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE IT.

Cheapest quality and expensive postage for returns

Denim dress…

Just received delivery of denim dress ordered on behalf of my wife. Poor quality and ill fitting. Complicated refund process and required to bear cost estimated at £18. Not a company to do business with again.

I ordered a jump suit just before Christmas, it’s absolute cheap crap. Was just ready to return but have read the reviews about trying to return items. Definitely not spending more money trying to return. I am out £53.66 already.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

I would not have paid £5 for the rubbish which I received.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. ABSOLUTE RIP

Ordered a two piece suit in navy blue…

Ordered a two piece suit in navy blue in November £52.90 item poor quality and looked like pyjamas got in touch and sent them back via tracking at a cost off £27.50 took 4 days to get to China and they are still in customs after 2 months and won't give back money until they receive them which won't happen please avoid at all cost they just scam you

Suggest not use

Suggest not use, poor quality, no paperwork, you need to track and trace return to China, with all paperwork.
I am not risking losing more money. I wish that I had looked on Trustpilot first !!!!!!

Avoid at all costs !!!
Ordered a jumpsuit for £55 arrived nothing like the image with black dots over it and three sizes too big!!
Had to pay £17 to return it as they refused to refund me even after sent the images
This was end of November made order still waiting for refund £77 total now
They are ignoring my emails

Everything was a disaster

Everything was a disaster. I ordered a ‘cashmere’ cardigan on 15th December and the money was taken from my credit card immediately. It was eventually delivered on 28th December so as it was a Christmas present that was not helpful. There was no paper work in the package, no invoice or returns instructions which were definitively required as the ‘medium’ size cardigan was about a size 8 and was definitely not cashmere. This company should be avoided at all costs as they don’t reply to any requests or emails and goods and service are appalling.

This site appears to be a scam.
I’m sorry that I didn’t research this company properly before I ordered. The clothing is of such poor quality as to be laughable ( I am not laughing). It did not arrive in the stated 6-10 days (was 21 days)- came after Christmas so was too late. And now I am being asked to pay for the return to China! There have been 25 emails so far and the conversation is going round in circles. I am getting nowhere. Please never buy from this company!!

I would give this minus points if it were possible. The goods are rubbish and wrongly sized. Trying to get a refund is almost impossible. I would warn everyone out there to have nothing to do with this company. I feel I'm the victim of a scam.
