Scam company

Scam company. Item arrived broken and I contacted them within a few days to tell them, and they did not do anything. No refund, no exchanges. Just lost $800 like that. I think they intentionally sold me a broken TV and failed to do anything about it. Honestly, this would never happen if you shopped at a big name retailer like Amazon that have protections for its customers if they receive faulty and broken products. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else or else you risk losing a ton of money for this company that does nothing to remedy an issue they caused.
