En effet, C’est en octobre 1988 que nous avons monté une petite entreprise familiale de vente et de pose de piscine Fin 2004, nous lançons notre site de vente en ligne DISTRIPOOL.FR qui connaît un succès grandissant. En mai 2008, nous décidons de séparer la vente en ligne de l’activité MAGASIN, nous créons la société DISTRINET-DISTRIPOOL qui est spécialisée dans la vente en ligne uniquement.

Dreadful customer service

I bought a pool heat pump from Distripool and the service was superb,but........
within a week of installing the pump it malfunctioned. I contacted Distripool who did NOTHING. When I complained they said I should not expect a reply to my concerns for at least a week (Amazon takes about an hour maximum!). After three days I spoke again with them and they said I had to contact the manufacturer (Poolstar). They are equally as useless. It has been 11 days and counting despite their email reply stating a response within 48 hours. Unbelievably poor service. Now I will start legal action for the recovery of my money.
