The care I received was next to none. Doctor and nurses were all so attentive. Answered any questions that were asked. Constantly checked up on how I was. Hospital was spotless cleaning staff are brilliant. . Our rep Fara was there to ans any question from start to finish soooo helpful. Dr Omwr Yaldos was amazing one of the best in my opinion.
Would recommend this hospital to anyone thinking of getting gastric sleeve.

My journey started with an initial what’s app chat with Asma and she was very knowledgeable and put me at Ease with any questions I had. Nothing was ever a problem and I asked lots of questions 😂
I think I waited about 3 months before I arrived in Izmir for my surgery.
The transfer on time and efficient, English speaking assistant there to help.
Short drive ( 40mins ) to the hospital where I stayed for duration as I was only there for 4 days I choose to use the hospital and not use the hotel.
My companion was also taken care of and fed 3 meals a day.
The hospital is spotless and run so efficiently. Every staff member is on their A game. Nothing is ever a trouble. The cleanliness is 100%, the test that I undertook prior to surgery were truly
amazing I came home with a 4 page report.
Dietician very comprehensive and informative.
The nurses day and night were so kind and compassionate the level of care was truly second to none.
The personal assistant team are with you every step of the way and bridge any language barrier. If I were to consider any further surgery I would not hesitate to contact Asma again she is a wonderful asset and stated on my journey with me from start to finish and still now I have communication.

I had my gastric sleeve done at ekol hospitals from the minute i booked ugur helped me with any of my questions and was very helpful i was treated with care and cannot fault any if the nurses or doctors they did a amazing job and i was well looked after would recommend this hospital to everyone thankyou so much

I do not recommend this clinic or surgeon. My experience with rhinoplasty surgery was a complete disaster. The anesthesia was administered incorrectly, which caused severe complications. My blood pressure spiked dangerously high, and I was required to stay in the hospital longer than expected. At one point, I genuinely feared for my life.
Additionally, the doctor and I had agreed beforehand that cartilage would be used as part of the procedure. However, this agreement was completely disregarded, and no cartilage was used. The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable, and the entire experience left me deeply disappointed and traumatized.

We are very sad about your bad experience but we want you to know that Increasing of blood pressure can be possible in every surgical procedure, and even it could be not related with anaesthetic itself. As for using cartilage, before the surgery surgeon could think that it is necessary to use it, but during the surgery when he opened the area he could detect that it is not necessary that’s why he didn’t use it. Amazing experience with Ekol! I’ve had a breast augmentation and uplift and I’m super happy with my results. My surgeon was Dr Ariff and he definitely has magic hands. Me and my sister are still here in the hospital and every single staff member has been amazing and really taken the best care of us! I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone.

Excellent service from the time we arrived Dr Kavak was amazing explained everything in detail and very kind. All the nurses were very attentive and could not believe how well I was looked after and would highly recommend this hospital for surgery.
My husband was given food unfortunately he is a fussy vegetarian so didn’t eat in the hospital but found local eatery in walking distance so was great.
I definitely don’t have any regrets only that I should have done it sooner.
Dr Kavak also found a hernia that I didn’t know about and he fixed it whilst in surgery did cost £500 which was a bit of a shock as I didn’t expect it but worth the money having it done no regrets there.
I was monitored regularly for blood pressure, pain and given it immediately at the touch of the buzzer they were there.
Outstanding service and care from everyone in the hospital.

I had my GS done here in Dec, I can't recommend Ekol high enough. From the 1st contact wit my rep Zilan she looked after every detail for me.. The nurses were fabulous and so nice and friendly and extremely good at there job! My surgeon was Dr. Yoldas he too was excellent and so easy to talk too, thoroughly explained everything. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I am giving this hospital and their Staff. I had eye surgery here and I have to say I am so pleased. The medical staff were so professional and helpful. They answered all my questions. The hospital its self is spotless. My rep was CAROL and she was so helpful always there to answer my questions. She gave me lots of helpful advice and tips. As I wanted to make a holiday out of my time there. Carol arranged all my transfers from hospital to hotel and hotel to airport. She was so helpful and supportive. All the staff at the hospital were lovely. The cleaning lady always had a big smile on her face . The catering staff also were so friendly and brought food in to my room 3 times a day. Thanks to all the staff at Ekol hospital keep up the amazing jobs you do 👏👏
I would 100% recommend this hospital. If you are thinking of having surgery look no further. I honestly don’t think you can get better. Thanks again Carol for all your help and support .

There were 2 international nurses - Sam and Yasmin who were very professional and friendly during my time in hospital and at the hotel. My surgeon was professional and although it took a few months to see proper results, it's a very long, draining experience to get the results you dreamt of. If it was based on results alone, I would have given a 5 but, I have to be honest and that's what I'm being. The staff at the hospital weren't as helpful to me (a lone traveller) compared to those travelling with companions. There was one nurse who fell way below my expectations in terms of care, expertise and in her general bedside manner. I wish there had been some way of accessing mobility aids after this surgery because I really struggled with my back the whole time I was recovering. The last point I will make is, I got a lot of useful information in the lead up to booking and traveling out for my surgery but once I was there, that dried up a bit and I did feel a little alone. Small points to make but definitely something Ekol could work on to make the service even better. Gozde was my rep, just a pity I didn't get to see her over in Turkey.

Absolutely amazing hospital. Dr Arif is such a talented surgeon he has absolutely transformed my body when I didn’t think it was possible. I had the mmo including 360 and fdl the scars are tiny and so near and tidy. The care I have received has been the best I have ever had. Around the clock care with checks on blood pressure, pain, dressings and anything you need or ask for. I am coming back in April for my thigh lift and I can’t wait. The nurses all speak excellent English and are so kind and friendly. I can’t recommend this hospital enough. So clean and modern anyone who is worried about surgery abroad please do not as this hospital after all my research has been outstanding.
