SHAME ON THEM - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
SHAME ON THEM.
Don't waste your time with them, buy from another dealer!!
Just arrived in Italy, the bed was the first thing I bought to furnish my apartment. Bought it on 21/02/21, the company has only delivered it on 30/04/21, about one month of delay and have missed the "tesutto del fascione". During the waiting period I have tried to contact them to get a forecast of the delivery time, they said the shipping team has called me on 26/03 to deliver it, and said I have answered the call saying it would be to received only in May. That was not truth, cos I haven't received any call from them. Said that, the bad has finally arrived last Friday 30/04/21, but with the missing item, so the guys that brought and assembled the bed said he was going to return on Tuesday 04/05/21 to finish the assembly with the tesutto, nobody showed up. Thou since that Friday 30/04 I have contacted the Eminflex store where I did buy the goods from and informed them there was an item missing, then they have asked me for a picture and I sent it. Since then I am waiting for them to tell me when it will be delivered, I have also went to the store on 05/05/21 and the seller said she couldnt do anything, she tried to call the customer support to check when they would deliver it, but there was no forecast anwer from their side.
So in the end, summarizing, I have paid it at once on the day I bought it and they dalayed it one month with a missing item, that I do not know if I will ever receive.
So guys, dont give your money to this company, it is worthless, specially theses times where they should care more about their customers to avoid bankruptcy during the pandemic hard times.
STILL WAITING FOR EMINFLEX TO DELIVER THE REST OF MY PURCHASE.....
