Smart meters installed with the least disruption. Excellent engineer kept me informed of every stage of work and explained the meters in detail. After power was switched back on he checked all my appliances were working even that my heating timers were correct.
Cleared and took away all debris.

Our engineer called to let us know he was on his way, answered all the questions we had and was friendly, tidy and polite. He also explained how the display unit would work and showed us how to use it.

Solar panels.
The original online quote was not a fair view of what was an actually quoted to me eventually. When I asked for a breakdown of the quote eg how much are the solar panels, the inverter, the battery, scaffolding and labour I was told this isn’t possible. If I’m spending over £11000 I expect more information and didn’t get it. I do not recommend eon for solar.

I am dissatisfied with your service, because the person who installed it did it illegally and blew the combiboiler fuse. I had no heating at home for 3 days at -5 degrees. The repair cost me £80. What do you think?
