Smart meters installed with the least disruption. Excellent engineer kept me informed of every stage of work and explained the meters in detail. After power was switched back on he checked all my appliances were working even that my heating timers were correct.
Cleared and took away all debris.

Our engineer called to let us know he was on his way, answered all the questions we had and was friendly, tidy and polite. He also explained how the display unit would work and showed us how to use it.

The engineer who came out to fit the smart meter was great and went above and beyond when gas leak was discovered - couldn’t thank him enough!

I was not told they would be putting a standing charge. A smart meter installation would have taken standard charge off. My electric smart meter installation with E cancelled standard charge. No stars for e.on

The lady I spoke to who was Chloe was efficient, and friendly, everything was explained and the transfer from one company to the other went smoothly. When Chloe said she was ringing back she kept to her word.

The original online quote was not a fair view of what was an actually quoted to me eventually. When I asked for a breakdown of the quote eg how much are the solar panels, the inverter, the battery, scaffolding and labour I was told this isn’t possible. If I’m spending over £11000 I expect more information and didn’t get it. I do not recommend eon for solar.
