Well, I have to say that it is the only place where I found the exact RAM memory I was looking for, apart from another American website that did not ship to Spain. The communication with them is fluid and the product arrived as described and in perfect condition. But what I am not at all happy with is that, although I imagine that it is a matter of legislation, it does not seem halfway normal from the customer's point of view to buy a product without knowing the total costs of it, because once the purchase is made and the payment of the product plus shipping to another country is not cheap ..... You get a mail that there are customs costs that the customer has to pay, in this case me, and that in a product of 42 euros those customs costs are 34.64 euros seems to me a real robbery, we are talking about almost the same value as the product purchased and with the aggravating factor of not knowing these costs in advance, so you can decide whether to purchase that product or not. I repeat that I understand that maybe it is not the distributor's responsibility and it is a matter of legislation but I reiterate that it seems to me a real abuse to the consumer that such high costs can be caused once the product has been purchased and without knowing them in advance.
