Excellent from start to finish. All my questions were promptly replied to from Mike with all the technical information I required. Ordered two PCs, one had to be sent back which was an error on my part and Tracey from customer support was extremely helpful and emailed me letting me know when it had returned and refund was issued promptly. Second pc was at an excellent price and was a HP renew refurbished machine but looks totally brand new. Will definitely use europc in the future

I have bought 5 refurbished drives recently, unfortunately there have been issues with 3 of them but customer service has been exemplary in returning and refunding those.

Haven't used euro pc before come across while looking for a chrome book for my son bought it and took 2 days to arrive super fast delivery spoken to someone in euro pc who were very helpful would definitely use again , package was brand new wouldn't think it was one sent back thank you he will be made up on Christmas day !

Faultless service and refurbished laptop so far, I’m extremely satisfied. I also bought my previous laptop from EuroPC 7 years ago, never had any issues with it and only upgraded recently to be able to have windows 11. I can highly recommend the company.

As a business we have transitioned all of our higher end laptop procurement to EuroPC now. Our Account Manager (Stephen Cameron) has always provided outstanding customer service. He (and them as a business) are very flexible, and will upgrade RAM / change OS for us for a minimal cost. This makes us deploying laptops to our users a breeze. The laptops always arrive next business day if we order by 3pm, too. Top class service from EuroPC and Stephen.

Great experience start to finish. I called up, spoke to a very helpful guy who recommended a particular part number for the PC I wanted and gave some great advice; Dell might describe it as refurb, I would describe it as new, it arrived next day and I couldn’t be happier. A great new PC for a lot less than I would have paid anywhere else and covered by a 3 year Dell warranty.

Came remarkably quickly. Came well packaged and looked brand new. If there was cosmetic damage I couldn't find it.
The only gripe, and it's not EuroPC's problem, is the lack of instructions. We are left to search t'interweb for more info
