Great and speedy service. I ordered an open-box Chromebook and tried it but found it was ultimately not for me. The discount was significant and the item itself was in perfect condition, not even a single charging cycle on the battery. I got a return authorisation within their 30 days return policy period, without any discussion, and the full purchase price was returned to me within a week of them receiving the return. EuroPC will certainly be on my short list for my next laptop/PC orders if I look into one of the brands they carry.

Top quality - price computers
I purchased a xps 12 laptop in perfect new conditions for really low price, the service was super quick and the customer service excellent, really recommend.

Not a brilliant start
Ordered 2 laptops from EuroPC and first one was left outside my door and luckily was ok. Had a lot of chasing to find out status etc.
2nd Laptop ordered arrived on time but full of faults - faulty HDD, AC Adapter. Now dealing with Dell as sent email to EuroPC and got not response.
Sent a instant message and got no response either.
Prices are good but poor real time updating of stock status etc. My Orders are still saying Pending even though delivered.
This needs looking at.
Will be thinking twice about ordering more laptops because of this experience.

Not great, to be honest....
Found a fantastic deal on the website, 2 were showing in stock, so it took all of 10 minutes for me to make my purchase. Watching the status to change from processing to dispatched, but nothing happened. Contacted the company the following day, guess what? No record of the order under my postcode, name or order number. Get a sheepish phone call from someone saying that the computer doesn't exist. When I asked how is that possible I was told someone purchased it 5 minutes before I did. Not sure how that happened as it was in the basket for 10 minutes and 2 were showing in stock. Not massively chuffed with the service to be honest, and you certainly can't trust the stock levels showing on the website!!

Poor Customer service
I ordered a Dell Laptop on the 2nd of August with a promised immediate delivery I was given a two day estimated delivery via telehone and again notice of a further delay on the 7th August.
I still await delivery and if this is the level of your Customer \Service it is most UNLIKELY I will be ordering again. If I don't receive the item within the next 24hrs I will cancel the order and purchase elsewhere

Delivery & item condition
Selected next day delivery, but it took 4 business days to deliver. When it arrived the pc was in damaged condition with external dents and broken case. Took photos and have send it to them, they requested more photos specifically of the packaging as their belief is that it was the delivery agent. So waiting for a response on what will be done to rectify it.
They had no issue in replacing the item and arranging the exchange, as the replacement item was out of stock a refund was given

Cost effective and Efficient
I have been a customer of Europc for a few years now, we started buying Dell machines for our business from europc because their prices are extremely competitive, their customer service is excellent as is their support service. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in business who wants High End IT equipment at mid range prices. Try them you'll be amazed, I was!

Terrible service wouldn't use again!
Ordered PC's at a very reasonable price waited 3 weeks for it to turn up and it never did. Phoned them numerous times was told it was because the PC had been sent with wrong OS so they had to have that resolved. Promised end of week, didn't turn up promised Monday again didn't turn up. Phoned up to get refund told I would get a phone call back, waited a while and then I had to contact them. Terrible service which is disappointing.

Used to be great and unique especially for Dell.
Bought a laptop from them some time ago, had a small issue with it and they pretty much refused to take my calls. Completley fobbed off to go to Dell.
Havent used since!

Great service and awesome prices...
I don't usually write reviews, but had to counter some of the bad feedback here. I've been using europc for my business machines for the last 7 years. Always been able to deal with the same representative and always had great service. When I bought my desktop I took it without OS and had problems with the BIOS settings. The support at europc was outstanding, their knowledge was superb and they even rang me back two hours later to make sure all was well.
The machines (desktop and laptop) I've bought are all Dell and come with 3 year on-site service. I've had to have the hinges on my 6300 replaced twice and both times they came to my office within a day and fixed the problem.
The last studio I worked for also used europc and we had no problems even when we returned units. They would send a courier and not even charge us for the shipping.
A great company that has always given me awesome service.

Amazing service!
I was really thankful for the customer service. It was really a great experience. I recently had a problem with a laptop which was approaching the end of its warranty period. Europc dealt with it immediately returning it to me in good working order faster than I would have thought possible. I have bought several items from Europc over the last few years and have always been more than happy with their service. Thanks!

Fast replies, very helpful (We use these for lots of services)
We bought quite a few Dell Latitude 13 laptops from Euro PC a year or so ago and a few have broke (not their fault, it's a common fault with the laptops).
Tried contacting Dell and was informed that the laptops weren't in my companies name, so our warranties weren't valid. I emailed EuroPC and within about 10 minutes I had a reply explaining that they would be in our name within an hour or two, and that we would be getting a call from Dell to sort this.
Also bought some HP Workstations from them, for our call centre agents, them being idiots they peeled some of the reg key stickers off the machines, again I emailed EuroPC and they replied within 30 minutes with the keys.
Customer service is good, always reply really quickly, I've got nothing bad to say about them.

What is not to like?
I really appreciate how fast the customer service deal with my Dell PCs issues. I purchased laptops from them and I was really happy with the service. The delivery was incredibly fast. I have never purchase products online but their stuff were helpful and the experience was great. I would definitely recommend them.
