Scammed by Forza Refurbished, sent in my iPhone over a month ago, they never paid and stopped responding to my emails, they blamed it on PostNL and told me they would open an investigation, but they never got back to me and don't respond to e-mails or whatsapp messages. Outrageous.
I invite them to contact me to sort it out.

I have agreed to a statutory 2-year warranty and a 1-year guarantee. However, it seems you fail to understand the distinction here: the statutory warranty is a legal obligation that lasts for 2 years, while the 1-year guarantee is an entirely separate matter. These are two different concepts.

I also want to point out that I have already received confirmation from Refurbed that the 2-year statutory warranty applies as normal. This is not up for debate.

Furthermore, I have been corresponding with you about this issue since July 19th, and you have now let four months pass without resolving the matter. This level of delay and disregard is simply unacceptable and downright disrespectful.

I strongly suggest you familiarize yourselves with the relevant laws, as this ongoing confusion about the statutory warranty and its 2-year coverage is unacceptable. The guarantee does not replace or limit the warranty in any way—it is an additional, voluntary service.

This company is the epitome of fraud and bad faith. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from this seller! My experience was an absolute nightmare and serves as a stark warning to unsuspecting consumers.

I purchased a MacBook Pro M1, advertised as being in "excellent condition" and at a competitive price. What did I receive? An outdated Intel i7 model in terrible condition, worth less than half of what I paid. This wasn’t a “logistical error” – it’s a well-orchestrated scam designed to deceive customers. When I raised the issue, they refused to send the correct product I had paid for, all while continuing to run the same misleading ads online to trap more victims.

Customer support? Nonexistent. Their so-called "support" is a black hole of frustration, deliberately structured to wear down customers. The company's responses to complaints are blatantly false, but I have all the documentation to prove otherwise. Only after intervention from Refurbed’s management was I able to secure a refund. Without this external help, I would have been left completely helpless.

Furthermore, this company actively attempts to suppress negative reviews on Trustpilot, which is deeply concerning. It's no coincidence that so many one-star reviews describe experiences identical to mine. This only underscores the gravity of their fraudulent practices.

This seller isn’t just dishonest – they’re criminal. Don’t be lured in by their low prices and enticing promises. If you buy from them, you will be scammed and treated with utter contempt. Avoid this fraudulent operation at all costs!

Received iPhone with problems very quickly. Now I try to get refund and send it back their service is not so fast. Avoid this company.

Ordered used iPhone on a sunday (!) evening - after 10 minutes we received a tracking code, which was trackable an hour later!
Phone arrived at our adress on tuesday already - we didn't expect this beeing so fast!
The state of the phone was absolutely as offered and the price was really the best we could find.
In total add another five stars to the five we can give! Amazing!

What better for our environment than to buy a refurbished product? My IPad is like new and was much cheaper than a new one. And it was delivered so quickly with the necessary cord for charging it.

Purchased 2 iPhones from this website. My first iPhone was perfect and arrived quickly. With my second iPhone however, the battery was completely broken. After an email and a very quick reply they would replace the battery for free! I would purchase here again!

The network stop working after two months, took it to apple and they said the antenna is broken and is not possible to repair. I've send several emails to forza and they don't even reply. Really slow and bad customer service and a scam!!

A scam, worst mobile ever a Shane that they are allowed to sell refurbished apple phones. The battery did not last for 6 months.

Phone was broken three times, Forza replaced the motherboard (two times) and eventually sent a new phone, which was okay. However the communication of this company is really poor. A couple of examples are:
- They did not communicate the issue that was found (or not) on the phone
- They did not send a mail that the package was on its way. So I was two times taken by a suprise.

If the communication was better this review could get up to 4 stars.

These people are thieves and charlatans. Save yourself pain and money and stay away.

My specific situation was a refurbished iPhone 6. Touch ID didn't work out of the box. Took it to Apple, they said there was water damage and they would not even try to repair it.

Forza will try to draw you into a lot of blah blah and ask you to send your phone back, so you can have no phone for weeks.

I've spoken to other people who had the same experience.

They are grabbing money before they disappear, don't let it be yours.

Got phone returned with the simple explanation “motherboard repaired”. Well, nice. Till now no problems. So problem seems solved. Nice.
They warned if they could not reproduce the defect, around 30 euro would be charged for the investigation. Now that was the problem: screen was dead unpredictable. I was fortunate they received it unresponsive. Otherwise it’ll cost me E30, with the problem still unsolved.
Bottom line, defect will be repaired only if it is ascertained by a mechanic. If not, you’re out of luck.
