We are new to Denmark and don’t speak Danish yet! The process of getting car insurance was quite daunting as it is different to back home, however Michael from GF Aarhus was super helpful, and made the process really easy for us! Will be going to GF Forsikring for all of our insurance needs!

In response to your comments "Regarding the car insurance, we can inform you that the appraiser and the workshop are currently investigating the circumstances in relation to the repair / total loss in more detail. You will hear more from there" I would like to ask you how long does this normally take? It is now more than 11 months since the accident. I cannot sell the car in its current state and I am due to leave the country at the end of this week. Now you finally decide to call me and tell me to take it to a different garage than the one that you first decided, where they have agreed to patch up the damage in 3 months from now when they can find the time, regardless of the manufacturer's safety regulations presumably which stipulate that the damage cannot just be cut and welded. Is this entirely legal and where will it leave me if the car is later found to be unroadworthy? Should I start preparing my lawyer to litigate?
Regarding your comments "If you wish to discuss the cases with us, you are welcome to contact me on tel. 7224 4287", I have spent a good deal of the past 11 months on the phone trying to persuade you to deal with my claim, why should I trust you to suddenly start taking an interest now?
top class information I got from the agent, which I can call by name, though I recommend to many to have a review of their actual policies. Information was complete and professional. Looking forward to the new cooperation - trust all will be as good as communicated till now
