They over promised in their sneaky sales tactics and completely lied. Once they had our money we didn't hear from them. They promised us a CSM and an implementation manager... we haven't heard from either in months and when the sales person was questioned they went back on their word. The system doesn't offer the level of functionality as originally stated by their sales staff either therefore it isn't much of an improvement from our previous system. Do not waste your time or money on this shocking company as you will not receive any customer service, will overpay on what was originally promised and won't get the ROI you thought.

HiBob have recently taken over Pento. They originally said nothing would change and the transition would be smooth. I took it upon myself to arrange a meeting with HiBob to check how it would work, when I would need to start paying HiBob instead of Pento etc. I was then told HiBob won't be able to run the payroll for my company come April and they'd send me a list of alternative providers. After 2 weeks I heard nothing. I chased, and they then said they can't provide a list of alternative providers. So basically, if I hadn't have chased and chased, my staff wouldn't be being paid come April! Awful customer service. I had used Pento for over 4 years and had no problems. Such a shame.

Careful with what they promise at point of sale. We were drawn by their branding and their tech startup vibe that will do anything for you. Unfortunately we were told that we could link up our workforce management tool with their payroll to fully automate which was the key thing we wanted from them, but as soon as we signed the support was barely there and what was originally not a problem, was suddenly something they could not help with. We wanted to terminate the agreement but they did not allow for this. A full year of costs plus development with one of their partners, down the drain. We were not able to get a refund. It looks good but just make sure they can actually deliver.

The Bob app is very nice in many aspects, but setting up the 'Permission Structure' and 'Flows' is a nightmare. The team that created this lacks proper UI/UX understanding, resulting in so many menus and submenus that it has become incomprehensible. As the company owner, I had to take over from HR as they couldn't make it work. Unfortunately, I come to the same conclusion that they've made something that should be straightforward overly complex. The person who invented this lacks the skills to create an easy-to-use system. Since they don't have phone support, every time I hit a wall, I need to wait for their email support, which is costing me lots of time. Please, please redo your permissions and flows from scratch as it's a catastrophe.

For almost 5 months a bug is known and…

For almost 5 months a bug is known and nothing happened since then. They were doing research since 3 months and no response at all. CSM only reacts when you write and is not trying to be proactive.
That bug is part of one of the selling points for us within Bob and is not working as promised. We are heavily unsatisfied.

EDIT Nov. 24: Bug got fixed. Customer Success Manager took the time to talk and explain everything to me.

We love bob!

We love bob! A great system for managing your HR data, and having a collaborative community space for our colleagues. We are always learning more about what bob can do, and its always improving! We are so happy to be a part of the bob community, and always look forward to bob supporting us on our journey as a business!

Great value and customer service

Great customer service, very fast and responsive. Love the HeartCore HR community - nice to be able to get advice from others using the system, but also help others struggling with particular issues. The platform itself is easy to use and very user friendly. We are looking forward to how Hibob continues to implement new functions and upgrades.

Our Bob experience

We made the decision to join HiBob late last year, and launched on 1st Feb 24. The lead up to the launch was really informative and carried out in several stages. Really helpful implementation team, and the Bob Heartcore HR community is a fantastic tool to gain further ideas, knowledge and helpful tips on processes and how to use some of the Bob functions. We have successfully got ALL of our employees signed up and engaged in Bob, and everyone is loving it, the shoutout and Kudos tools are great, the general ease of use is brilliant. We are now going to look into getting a couple of other modules too.

HiBob: Flexible intuitive HRIS

Initially, we aimed to introduce BOB in a phased manner due to our organization's complexity. However, due to our constrained resources and a not complete understanding of our company's complexity, this approach proved to be unmanageable.
Consequently, we transitioned to a comprehensive "big bang" implementation in November, and we received the full support of bob throughout this process

We find the system highly intuitive, though there are certain features we find crucial for our operations that are currently not available. Nevertheless, BOB demonstrates receptiveness to feature requests and is receptive to constructive feedback. Their commitment to continuous growth and system development is evident

We use HiBob as our HRIS platform and…

We use HiBob as our HRIS platform and it works great for all of our HR team needs.

It has comprehensive reporting functions, review cycles, engagement surveys etc and the support team respond to all queries quickly.

The platform is very user friendly from an admin perspective and employee perspective and looks great!

HiBob is a great HR platform

HiBob is a great HR platform! It has modernised our HR and been a key part in improving communications within the business.
Our HR department has been very paper heavy before we started using HiBob and now so many HR processes have been transformed into automated and digital processes, including onboarding.
We had a lot of support during the set up of HiBob and continue to have great support from our CSM. Not only that but there is a huge community of other Bobbers and useful how to guides so if there is something you need a little help with, there are plenty of ways to get it!
HiBob engage with their customers as well, they recognise when you are utilising the Community pages and encourage it, they do regular live webinars that are not only employees at HiBob talking about how you can use different features but also other customers who are sharing how they are using HiBob.
There are some things that could be improved but HiBob encourage you to feedback anything you would like to see and add it to their roadmap so they can continue to improve and meet customer needs.

A trustworthy partner in improving effiency

HiBob is not only HRIS service provider but they are a trustworthy partner in improving efficiency in the people processes. bob is really keen to find proof how they could help us to save time and through improving my as client experience, improve also employee experience though their solution.
It's not difficult to be a big fan of bob, they just know what they are doing, their values are right on spot and even if the solution might be a bit pricy for some, the value is much higher than just a product.

HiBob: Flexible Platform and Easy to Use

We have recently launched HiBob and this has been a great success with our company! We replaced a very outdated system and we are very happy with how modern, easy to use and flexible HiBob is. New features are always appearing and the HiBob team listen and fully take onboard customer feedback. The team are extremely helpful and will help to adapt the platform to make it work for whatever your company needs. We highly recommend HiBob!

Automating the admin

Hibob has allowed us to automate a huge amount of our People processes which is great. There are areas where it can be a little restrictive but if you take the time to play around with it, you can often find a way around the blockers.

HiBob is an excellent People Platform…

HiBob is an excellent People Platform loved by the whole company. We have replaced our outdate intranet with the system and actually have a reliable system for data. Recently, our CEO needed analytics for company growth and with a few click of the buttons, she had excellent charts for the board to see. She was blown away with all the things the system could do and the ease of use. It's helped our People Ops department accomplish so much with very few resources and has allowed us to show the value of the system quickly.

Hibob: Flexible Platform & a Team that Values Customer Feedback

The HiBob platform is very flexible, and there are a lot of workarounds that make it easily adaptable to your company.

Bob's team is great to work with. They treat you like a partner. They want feedback and want to make their platform as user-friendly as possible. They are constantly seeking new ideas and approaches to make their platform work for as many customers as possible. It's a pleasure working with them!
