February 19 I got an email saying my refund for broken items was approved and on its way to my account. It is now march 6 and no refund! I tried to contact home24 and got an email offering me a voucher! There is no direct contact or phone number. They owe me €151

1- I couldn't find where to put my LLC (BV)'s information into the billing section
2- adding the 50 Euros shipping fee only after you enter the billing information is sneaky. It should be stated befo
re as I assume it's the same across the Netherlands, so you have that information but choose not to show it. Not good.

I ordered two LED badkamerlamp Mini II, and when the electrician put them up, one of the glass lamps turned out to be broken. When I emailed customer service, asking if it was possible just to buy a replacement glass lamp (I did not know at what stage it had broken), they called me straight back, and straight away offered to send me a replacement lamp, at no cost. It arrived so promptly I was able to fix it in time for my family coming for Christmas. I love the lamps and I appreciate the fantastic customer service! I will buy from you again, thank you.

Ordered with home24 2 sofas and some small accessories over last year. First sofa arrived perfectly. With second we had issue 3 times due PostNL. Home24 each time tried to help, overall was responsive and can say that at the end despite difficulties was happy story with happy end.

Order not delivered

I ordered a two lamps in 13th of January and paid. It was delayed two times now and the delivery date is already expired now. There is no update regarding the delivery. There is no way to contact them as well. SO not sure whether this is a real site or not. Not professional at all.

Frustrating Experience with Delayed Delivery and Return Process

I had a very disappointing experience with Home24. I ordered a wardrobe, but one of the essential packages was missing upon delivery. This caused a lot of inconvenience since I had already prepared the space to assemble the furniture.

The replacement process was slow, and communication was inconsistent. At first, I was told that a replacement was possible, but later I was informed that I had to return the product and wait for a refund. The entire process took much longer than expected.

Horrible delivery service

Ordered a small oven pan on the 5th of January. Nothing received after 3 weeks, so I track the package and I find out it was supposed to be delivered by DHL from Germany. Turns out they already had sent it back to Germany because ‘they couldn’t deliver it’. I was home that day, so I’m sure they didn’t even try. Here I am a month later, still received nothing, and no info from DHL on when I will. It’s partially your fault for leaving everything to DHL as they are known for horrible service. And I won’t even mention the waste of transportation back and forth (3 trips!!) that you are also partially responsible for.

Avoid Home24 at All Costs – Scam Alert!


I placed an order (#1019768937) on November 29, 2024, and to my frustration, there was absolutely no shipment until the end of December. I reached out to Home24, and they claimed they were handling it, but as expected, nothing happened—no updates, no progress—until mid-January 2025.

Fed up with their incompetence, I requested to cancel my order. They responded by falsely claiming the refund was processed. However, the money never arrived in my account. Despite numerous follow-ups, they have now completely stopped responding.

This company is a fraud and operates in an utterly unprofessional manner. They take your money, fail to deliver, and then disappear when it comes to refunds. Stay away from Home24—it’s nothing short of a scam!

No CS at all. Good luck if anything is wrong

If anything goes wrong with your order, they don’t try to solve it asap. No empathy for the customers at all.
I ordered a kids bed a month ago. First the estimated delivery time was completely off so it arrived way much earlier than we got our new apartment. When it’s delivered for the second time, only half of the furniture is there. We were only told by PostNL that they don’t have the rest. Also no indication about when the rest will be delivered.
4 days later I got an email from PostNL that there rest of the packages were damaged so they couldn’t deliver it at all. Contacted home24 afterwards and sent the proof of the delivered packages. Another 5 days have gone by still no response. All I got is “we have forwarded your request to the specialist department and ask for your patience”. This has severely impacted our move and my kids are left with no bed at all.

Also there is no phone number to call so everything has to go through email. Extremely inefficient for urgent matters and you can only wish yourself good luck.

How hard it is to just send a new bed and ask the customers to return the existing ones. They apparently don’t try to solve your problem but do the bare minimum of their responsibility. Will never order anything from them again.

So far a terrible experience with their…

So far a terrible experience with their customer service. 0/10. I received a package at the beginning of the week and it was missing a piece, so impossible to put it together. I sent a complaint via their online form (only means of contact as you can't call or email directly). Until now they have only sent an automated response offering a discount. No, I do not want a discount I would like the missing piece delivered without having to return a heavy package myself.

Waiting for further responses until I may change my review.

Excellent customer service
