I would not normally rave about an insurance company, but this one gets top marks! Helpful, good service, and most importantly, we were not only covered, but discovered that our insurance covered way more than we expected. Our car broke down whilst travelling overseas, we were covered for roadside help, 2 nights accommodation, flights home, taxis, trains, excess baggage and even extra bags and suitcases we needed! Also covered was a return flight, hotel etc to retrieve the car after it was fixed.

I had a very good conversation with Victoria L. who helped me to understand better types of insurance that I needed and prepared a really good package to address my needs.
I plan to keep contact with her to move to If my dog insurance next year.
What I wanted to mention separately, it was a pleasure to talk to Victoria as I had some unpleasant experiences with other insurance companies where people could be too direct or even rude.
I have been with If... a very short time, however i can wholeheartedly say that becoming a customer of this insurance company has been so pleasant. All my questions were responded to with patience and clarity, and i didn't feel like just another customer. I was taken through the entire initiation process by solely one individual, and he was sure to follow up with me throughout. Ivan you are the best, i thank you so much for all your help and kindness.

After returning a leasing car and…
After returning a leasing car and finding marks on the car not being covered under normal insurance and costing nearly 20,000DKK, IF was very supporting in providing the right advice information in dealing with the situation. Kenneth from customer support was extremely helpful and forthcoming with information. This was much appreciated after a shock at the undisclosed cost of returning my leased car.

I bought insurance, I chose payment in installments, I was sent an invoice for the whole year, and insurance for August 1, although my old insurance is valid until September 1

If forsikring doesn't want to pay ensurance for a stallen bycicle.
We have a house with a garage and movable vehicles:
cars and bycicles. We pay ensurance both for cars and house including the garage, which is a part of the house.
We pay ensurance in case something gets stallen.
The incusrance company doesn't want to pay for the stallen bycicle. And they tell me that i should buy a new extra ensurance just for the bycicle. Hah!
This business model sounds like a Ryanair ticket scenario, where you for anything you forgot to think of need to pay extra money. Haaa ha ha
I bought in turkish airlines an extra sickness insurance
I was puging in the plane all the trip and i got absolutely no help for the money i paid and even did not get a blanket while freezing because there were no blankets left already :)
So this business model I guess relies on the fact that goverment does not help those companies with financial securities.
I know nothing about insurance companies, but apparently it is like a bank since it operates with money. With one difference that they do not want to pay the money back. Just the approximate price of the bycicle. They could have started a disucssion consideirng how much mo money they can pay back considering the product and age of the product and so on.
Besides how can i apply in their it system for a stolen bycicle but a human voice in telephone tells me later that i can not do that ?
Then why do i have that functionality? If i can apply in the system under my account then i can also recive for what i paid.
But what i got was just a NO
I have filled in all papers and registrered the stallen bycicle to the police.
What else do you need to cover for the damage ?
Do you need the licensenumber?
Why don't you go through all customers with stallen bycicles and house ensurance with the garage and payback the customers the insurance for the bycicle?

Started ok but slowly increased their prices and when I found a better offer and terminated our insurance all kind of costs were added the final bill.

travel insurance fraud
I feel betrayed and insulted that such a thing can exist in Denmark, where a company can exert pressure by sending invoices as fines without an agreement. After I took out a car insurance, if.dk also offered me travel insurance, telling me that it costs only 81 DKK per month. But they did not explain to me that.
"If you want to cancel this insurance within the first year of the insurance period, then there will be a cancellation fee of DKK 752".
And the best part is that this will continue automatically next year as well.
It's unimaginable how you can deceive a person in this way, using the data to get the money without the bank's consent and by sending mail every week that we pay a fine. exact psychological threat.
