This place is a total scam. I lost $160 they won’t provide me tracking status. They will not allow me to cancel my order. They will not allow me to speak to anybody other than the person that answers the phone and they are unable to do anything other than send an email that you can do on your own. They will not respond to any emails that are sent. This company is definitely some kid that works out of his mother‘s basement just a steal extra cash from people. They advertise through GOVX which means they’re taking the money from the veterans that worked their ass off for the country in all LED factory Mart wants to do is steal your money. I hope nobody ever buys from them again.

Their prices are lower than all the competition for two reasons, awful customer service and sub-par products. Everything they sell is made in China and has awful installation instructions. Youtube videos of other customers help, but as you scroll through them, you see a theme of things being much more difficult than necessary and the products having glitches or issues that are considered normal. Spend the extra and get a quality product. I made the mistake and am stuck now until I can afford to replace the crap I got from them. My LED headlights on my Jeep JL took about 6 hours to install, and months later I still have fog or condensation in both headlights and a slight flicker. When I contacted customer service for help they took days to get back to me and offered an exchange if I pay (almost $100) for the return of their defective product. Their prices are too good to be true because you get what you pay for.

I ordered the tail marker lights Dec 9…

I ordered the tail marker lights Dec 9 said 7-10 days delivery, got them Jan 3. No tracking number.

I ordered a part on 12/31/2024. I have yet to receive a tracking number. I'm just glad that I used paypal for payment. I tried calling LED factory mart today during their stated business hours and got a recording stating for me to call during regular business hours. I have never had such a bad experience as this.

No response from help line.

I called the help line but still have yet to receive a return phone call. I called cause the passenger side light does not fit or seat properly within the oem bracket. Also the online video link instructions mentions how easy it’s to install. The fog lights are not plug and play. You have to cut off the OEM harness and splice in the new fog lights. They don’t show this in the video but do mention it very briefly and have to listen carefully. Also they don’t show you how wire in the power for the halos.

Purchased a grill with lights

Purchased a grill with lights, and a hood scoop. Grill shipped late, and scoop never shipped. I contacted them, and then they shipped it straight from china. Grill was missing screws, the lights, the harness was short and was missing a connector. The scoop, the bolts were to big. I tried for a week to call, email, started return for the scoop , no response. The chat would answer me at 2 am. The person who responded about the scoop not shipping, would respond once a day, but would not refund, he kept telling me to watch the installation videos, which they have provided none. I would stay away from this company at all cost. I am only writing to help others, not get their money taken from them.

Nice product, but

Installed product as enclosed instructions stated, however when it csme time to wire to the turn signals as instructed this p er cess was for a Tundra with a bulb turn signal. I own a 2024 1794 edition Tundra, this trim level has led sequential turn signals. No option to wire as instructions state. So basically I bought another DRL.

Have not received my orders ether of my orders ( 2) And cannot find an ETA. on them. Was left empty handed . Christmas eve. Both were presents . That I couldn't give . So Thanks for that

Easy to install a clipped right in the…

Easy to install a clipped right in the fuse can be a Bit difficult I put it in fuse 10 inj The location is different per model of 4Runner that fuse ensures they run with your running lights or your headlights.
