This company contacted me, my husband and our daughter regarding a property she was hoping to rent in Newcastle with some other students.
We all had problems sorting it out. Nobody seemed to know what to do. We kept getting emails to get in touch urgently, but it was impossible to get anywhere on the online platform and one phone call resulted in me being fobbed off by a young man who clearly didn't know what to do.
In the end, a lady from the company actually called my daughter, weeks later, and sorted it out in 10 minutes on the phone!
Such a rigmarole! I certainly would only give the lady (whose name we didn't catch unfortunately) who called and sorted it out on the phone in the end, a five star, the rest only 1 and none if I could.
