This company contacted me, my husband and our daughter regarding a property she was hoping to rent in Newcastle with some other students.
We all had problems sorting it out. Nobody seemed to know
what to do. We kept getting emails to get in touch urgently, but it was impossible to get anywhere on the online platform and one phone call resulted in me being fobbed off by a young man who clearly didn't know what to do.
In the end, a lady from the company actually called my daughter, weeks later, and sorted it out in 10 minutes on the phone!
Such a rigmarole! I certainly would only give the lady (whose name we didn't catch unfortunately) who called and sorted it out on the phone in the end, a five star, the rest only 1 and none if I could.

Great service

I have been working with The Lettings Hub for over a year now, and can't really fault their service.
My account manager Leon is super responsive and insightful, and is always on hand should I have any questions. Referencing queries are always answered in a timely manner, and I feel confident that the checks in place are detailed and more than sufficient to protect our landlords.

Viewing date was arranged swiftly

Viewing date was arranged swiftly. The agent who showed us the apartment was very professional and very helpful. The reference check process was very fast. The agency was always carrying us along throughout the entire process. I am so happy overall.
