The delivery, using Chronopost, is a complete mess. Till you will not change your delivery supplier your customer will run (will not have) their products.
After 10 days my products still not fully delivered… I receive messages delivering for today, tomorrow … but in fact never delivered
I'm quite happy with MaxiZoo, although it is unfortunate that they don't carry the whole range of some of the products. They have the dry food but not the wet variety so I have to place part of my order with another supplier
As usual we always find for what we came for .
The staff is always very polite and willing to help if necessary.
They also allow you to buy food that you can deposit in a special place destinated to animal shelters and that a fantastic idea !!
