Oney gives the best shopping experience in my area . Shelves are well filled and prices displayed clearly. Machines available to check prices if necessary. 10% Discount on own produce on Monday is a good bonus. I like the ability to select and price vegetables. The self checkout system is good and quick and help nearby if needed. The restaurant is ideal for a quick snack. Easy access and unlimited parking is good.

As expected, ordinary

It is ordinary, I don't see much advantage in having the card, only the fact that I can concentrate all payments in the same date

I enjoy shopping at Auchan

I enjoy shopping at Auchan, Ria Shopping, Olhão as the staff are friendly and always willing to assist. The cleanliness and dispaly of your merchandise is a big plus.
In fact I do 95% of my shopping at Auchan.

cannot use/login AUCHAN App

we cannot use AUCHAN App.
first our App didn´t recognize for instance mondays - at check out, ALWAYS has to request help of a company worker to come and do this manually, other issue were some montlhy discounts mentioned on newsletter never become available.
following company local workers advice, I uninstalled App and did a new install, but since then I cannot even login in my account, through the App, because through computer no problem.
so any shopping has to be through normal payment process.
as you can understand this is quite annoyed and took us to another stores.
our shopping in AUCHAN stores has decreased and as you know, as we get more use to shop in other stores, we will decrease even more.
what´s more annoyed is that this is an issue with years, reported several times and without an answer from company

Rejected without a reason given and for no reason

Asked for a small loan (1300 euros) 3x with no interest at a store. I have no outstanding debt (never have), have a good salary, high tax contributions to SS, no other loans and was immediately rejected. When the person at the store called them up to ask what could be done, no reason was provided and the process deleted straight away.

Not a professional company, avoid.

Be carefull with this company!

Be carefull with this company!
After returning an item worth €250 at Aki in Cascais, this financial company continued to debit my bank account for the amount.. BE VERY careful when making a credit with them through IKEA and Leroy Merlin Stores.

Muita atenção com a financeira ONEY, fui enganada depois de devolver um artigo novo no Aki de Cascais .
Os débitos foram retirados e depois de reclamação disseram para eu pedir ao banco a devolução do valor quando o banco me informou que eles deveriam enviar o cancelamento dos débitos ..

O apoio ao cliente foi mau e demorado, demoram a responder aos e-mails e são pouco profissionais.

Useless. No customer care. Stay away.

Continuous downgrading of available budget (plafond) with no reason, renders card useless.
