I ordered a wall hung toilet from QS Supplies but unfortunately the model was the wrong one. I had the correct one within a couple of days without any hassle thanks to Sheefa.
The after care and online customer support provided by Sheefa from QS Supplies was excellent. Any questions asked had a reply within a matter of minutes.
I would definitely recommend QS Supplies, not only for their competitive prices but also for the after care and customer support.
Always had good service from QS Supplies. No exception this time. Ordering was simple, price was very competitive, packaging was good, item exactly as described and delivery was quick. On my list of reliable traders and would definitely recommend to others.
Delivered at 06:00 which was a pain and only advised of delivery time by txt at about 04:30 same day .
But delivery driver helped me to get bath indoors and was very helpful.
It’s a strong well made product supplied with very strong mountings so easy to level it up and attach to wall with the brackets it comes with . Easy to clean and nice finish. I didn’t buy the acrylic side panels, made my own which clip into the gap around the underside lip of the bath

Significant delay in dispatching toilet seat. Waited two weeks for an 3-5 day postage when purchased… Arrived just before Christmas broken! Contacted them, were very good in coming back to me, however I have to return seat then wait for 7 days and then I’ll get a refund or replacement, I mentioned hosting over Christmas with no toilet seat for upwards of 2-3 weeks wasn’t the best. Was told I could pay 50.00 deposit and they would send me another one?!? The toilet seat was 70.00 odd pounds anyway… avoid this company… the toilet seat was by Roper Rhodes I had a whole bathroom fitted with their stuff and honestly it’s not worth the money, my other bathroom by Victoria Plum is much better quality… I now have to wait for QS to contact Roper Rhodes on 2/1… QS have no interest in putting their customer first…

NEVER GOING TO BUY FROM QS SUPPLIES AGAIN! I ordered a toilet for my new home on 30 Oct 2024 and got told that the order would take 5 weeks and the toilet is expected to be deliver during the week of 2 Dec. The toilet did not arrive as scheduled and there was no update until I followed up on 5 Dec, at which time I was told that it would take another two weeks. I had to accept unwillingly but in a week's time, there was an automatic update email (and not even personal) saying that the toilet is scheduled to be deliver during the week of 10 Feb 2025, i.e. ANOTHER TWO MONTHS!! I asked the Customer Service at QS Supplies but the only (and repeated) response from them is that they are sorry but there is nothing you could do other than waiting for the delivery. They also refused to refund / compensate, nor gave any assurance that there would be no further delay. I was so excited to spend Christmas and New Year in my new place with a new toilet and now this is all gone :( Don't buy anything here unless you are prepared to accept infinite delay.

I ordered some shelves that are grouted into the tiles of the shower enclosure. After a long wait they arrived just in time for the tiler to start the bathroom but when I opened the box they were not the shelves I ordered. As it was too late to return the shelves and get replacements sent out, I was forced to use them. I contacted QS Supplies about a partial refund for the mistake but they would only offer me free shipping (£7 back from paying £130 for the wrong items)

It does not matter what you order they are always out of stock.
The listing stated IN STOCK and on that basis I ordered and paid for a fairly unusual shower. I cannot believe that they had a sudden rush on this type of valve.
I now have the painful wait to see if they will refund my money without a fight.
Added to my list of unreliable companies to trade with.

I am still completely confused by your customer service. When I reported to you that the bath you sold me was faulty and had caused a leak in my kitchen you got back to be to say the supplier you bought it from had gone bankrupt and there was nothing you could do. Then I complained again and you offered me £75. Now you are saying I have to pay for a very expensive report. The bath has a leak in the fibre glass underneath so what will a report prove? It is damaged? I have spent over £890 on a bath and I can’t afford a replacement. I have no bath for my children and just want you to provide me with a refund for a faulty product you sold me. Asking me to pay for a report is not any resolution - a refund or a replacement bath is what I would expect from any reputable company. You have also not responded to many of my emails asking for the details of my warranty. You have not undertaken any due diligence in my problem. The worst customer experience I have ever experienced

I ordered a Merlyn shower screen from QS supplies which was £1065. My plumber informed me the screen would not work as it was too short for an open cubicle and the floor would be perpetually wet. I questioned why they would make a product which wasn’t fit for purpose, but he maintained I would be better with a sliding door enclosure. The shower screen had not even been out of the packaging so I contacted QS supplies to arrange a return. They said that was fine but would be at my own expense. As it was 80KG of glass I began researching couriers which were coming up as hundreds of pounds. As I do not live anywhere near their warehouse, I contacted them to ask for help. After lots of back and forth (not particularly pleasant) they agreed to let me pay £60 to have the screen collected. I did this the same day and awaited collection. After nearly 3 weeks and having to send numerous emails, Merlyn finally sent their courier from PDS to collect the screen. In the meantime I opened a dispute with PayPal as I had no further correspondence from QS supplies. I must give huge praise to Annie at Merlyn who couldn’t have been more helpful, but at this point I have not heard from QS supplies since 23rd Nov. The money is locked in dispute with PayPal and they have not confirmed my return or been in touch. I have spoken with Merlyn today who confirm the screen was returned to their warehouse weeks ago. Looking forward to hearing from QS supplies and hearing what my next step is as currently £1065 of my cash is locked in this dispute. Avoid at all costs.

I had a fairly big order with QS as we were refurbishing 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom. One downside to QS is that you can only order a maximum of 13 items on one order so I had to spread it across 2 orders which made it harder to track as I then had two different people to talk to. Another downside is that they use local couriers who don't seem to use delivery notes which makes it very difficult to track what had been delivered. The upside to the company is that they were extremely helpful with any issue I had whether it was a non-delivery or change of mind and I got re-imbursed promptly. Special mention to my contact Saby who was especially helpful.
