Very unpleasant cold caller. Seemed highly plausible and legitimate to start with. I don't accept cold callers as a rule but listened to what he had to say. As soon as I said I wanted to look into him and his service more before I discussed it further, he became pushy and rude. He treated me like I was stupid and was extremely unpleasant. I've looked it up, and some of what he said was true but a lot was a complete lie. You should be ashamed of your approach Quickline. I shall certainly not be using you!

Regularly without an internet connection from day one, 6 hour install time, revisit to fix issues, 6 hours on site again, constant interruption of connection (M.O.D. activity was the excuse), technical helpline never answer the phone directly, the last straw ... 12 days without an internet connection, cancelled my direct debit, left me to strip out their equipment. Plusnet was our new chosen supplier, router in the post, 2 min to connect, never let me down and £5/month cheaper. Quckline is a 0 out of 10 company, avoid for your own peace of mind.

Excellent service.

Recently had two engineers come out to install some equipment, both Adrian Issac and Rob Young had excellent customer service and were extremely polite.
Adrian, who did the main installation, did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done and the internet could be installed.
I’m extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

Very happy with Quickline

Very happy with Quickline. Great customer service, everything explained well. Installation was carried out on time, I received text messages keeping me informed and updated giving me a time slot. Very quick and neat with consultation with regard to the positioning of the equipment. Friendly and helpful throughout

Quick and efficient installation.

They were keen from day one and came up with a quick installation date ( about 10 days ). Matt R. and Luke P. arrived on time and were very helpful and not trying to rush and get finished. One was a new installer on his final training installation ( Luke, I think ) and the other was a supervisor / instructor ( Matt, I think, but it could have been the other way around. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they did a tidy job.

So far, my only issue is that whilst I sometimes get up to around 150bss, most of the time it is around 100mbs and sometimes as low as 35mbs.

I will monitor it fe another couple of weeks and then maybe speak to Quickline.

Kye A - excellent service provided!

We had quickline installed this morning. The engineer - Kye A, was professional, polite and did an excellent job. He made sure we were happy with everything before he left and the speeds are as promised! Definitely reccomend.

So far so good

So far so good, the team of 3 installers, Kyle A, Louise B and Dan D, arrived within their allocated time slot and from the moment they arrived they were polite, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure the install was completed as I wanted which wasn't easy. The broadband is currently working well, and I will review that in six months to confirm it is still good. Thank you to the install team for a great service.

Non existent customer service

I have had to contact Quickline 4 times since our FTTP was installed.

The first times was due to the wider issue they had with their service, and apart from a few messages on Facebook messenger and a call back a day later, I never managed to get through to a member of the technical support.

The third time I called them was due to an overcharging issue, the billing team refunded me but I received no communication from them either.

And today… yet again… the broadband is not working and I’m on hold getting through to their 24/7 no service.

Absolutely poor customer service, and as someone with 14+ years of Telco experience, it’s embarrassing having to rely on their monopoly of decent rural broadband in Lincolnshire, with barely any customer service. Sold a dream cones to mind

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry your experience with us was unsatisfactory. We understand how important reliable service and prompt support are to our customers, and we are continually reviewing our processes to ensure a better experience.

Because Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) broadband uses radio signals to provide internet signals, they are unfortunately impacted by exercises undertaken by the Military of Defence along with other environmental factors. On occasions these exercises are conducted over several days at a time, or even longer, and that is when broadband connectivity may be disrupted. We, and other ISPs using FWA technology, work closely with Ofcom to minimise disruption but we are unable to stop them or indeed prevent loss of connectivity.

We are rolling out FTTP - full fibre to the premises in North Yorkshire - and if it becomes available at your address in the future we'd love to chat about how we can offer a new and improved service.

Slow start, but we got there…

Not quite full five stars, this is due to the ability to get through to anyone in Customer Services… connection took a little longer than planned, once connected it was a little hit and miss, disconnecting a lot, whilst the engineers spliced other neighbours into the system, but once settled, it’s great!

Superb service!

The service I received was amazingly good. The member of staff, Tina, was quick and efficient. She took the time to explain what she was doing and I was so impressed with her care and attention.

First class installation from Chloe and Dan

We have had two lovely people come out to install our Internet today. Chloe D and Dan D they we absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get us set up. They talked us through every step they were taking and consulted with me before doing anything. They also gave themselves more work to ensure the cables were aesthetically pleasingly. They stayed and didn't leave until we were all set up and running. They were very professional and respectful of our home.
