I order bunk beds and matresses from tender sleep furniture great customer service all the way through up untill deliver i orderd in the morning and recived it the same day a few hours later great quality items at a great price highly reccomed these guys will 100% be order with them again ���

First time ordering from tender sleep, this is going to be an honest review, so I ordered the bed over the Christmas period, and it said that it would be delivered within 1 to 2 days which I was expecting longer due to christmas however couple days later I had a message to say the bed will be delivered, then I had a phone call to say a bed can be delivered however the one you've purchased isn't available and they offered me a grey or a cream one, which I wasn't happy about as we paid extra for a crushed velvet. Day or so after apparently it was being delivered but it didn't. All I can say is the customer service could be BETTER. Yes I understand it was christmas but false hopes were given.
Overall the bed we recieved is THE BEST and the mattress Is GREAT and soft which is what we wanted.
Maybe I'll do a future purchase if the customer service part isn't going to be like that again.

I ordered a sofa and they delivered on the same day! For a small fee they could assemble any order. Over the moon with their service, quality of their product and speed of delivery.
