Zero Customer Service
Food appears to be of good quality and my dog enjoys it but the customer service is abysmal. Not a single reply no matter how many emails I sent. The only way to get to them is to call them in Germany, get assailed by auto response only in German, and tried my luck tapping 0 to get through to someone who spoke some English. Subscription service equally terrible with instructions that are inaccurate and written in poor English. 7 days after order was placed and I still did not receive shipping confirmation. This is my 4th order with them but it will be my last as I’ve run out of patience dealing with German ignorance and inefficiencies. I thought being bought over by Nestle was bad enough as profits outweigh quality in corporates, but they would at least have some control over customer service. Not in this case.
