This delivery couldn't have gone any better. The company gave us a 2 hour window well in advance, then a message on the day giving a precise time which they stuck to. The 2 lads were fantastic, really polite and respectful of the house while they delivered our big kitchen island. Well done Willow and Stuart, absolutely faultless.

We bought a double bed which we needed for our new house. It is such a lovely bed and we are so pleased.
The bed was delivered by Dave D & Stuart who assembled the bed for us. They were both a pleasure to speak to and they carried out what they had to do in a really excellent way.

Delighted with the bedframe and price. Online information on construction and dimensions was very complete and helpful. Delivery booking system was clear and easy to use. Confirmation and reminders followed. Dave D and Loiue arrived as scheduled and assembled the bed quickly with efficiency and good humour.

The two delivery men were so accommodating, they made sure the larder we had delivered, was adjusted accordingly, and took time to put the shelves in to the height required. Excellent product, wish I’d come across The furniture market site before purchasing the rest of the furniture for our house. Wonderful experience overall!

Excellent communication. Arrived at expected time. Brought items round and placed them in room of choice. Only slight complaint was resting one boxes against an internal wall which has which has left a mark on the paintwork! Helpfully explained assembly even though we hadn't paid for assembly - thankyou.

Excellent item one knob the as broken but a replacement was sent. Delivery drivers were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The communication was excellent.

Rob and Ryan were very careful, polite and friendly. They did an excellent job of installing the chest of drawers hence giving them 5 stars. They had a very steep stairs to climb but they did this without any trouble.
