This is the same company as Coa Living. A corrupt company that takes your money and does not send the item.
I advise all people that have experienced this problem to report it to your bank.

I wish I read the reviews, please avoids at all cost. They sent me faulty radiators, I spent almost 1k, it’s been over a year and the company have been avoiding all contact
DO NOT purchase from this website - they have taken my money and not delieverd my product. The phone number doesn't work. I have emailed 15 times and I am now taking legal action.
In a nutshell, these crooks owe me £900. It’s been going on for over a year. Despite taking them through small claims and having a judgement found against them, they have not communicated nor paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. See their website now links to Premium plumbing, but same address - suspect their scams continue there.
If in doubt, company number for these crooks is 05422380.

Company now in Liquidation - DO NOT ORDER
Company is in liquidation. They are still taking orders but you will not get your products or your money back. I ordered 1 product at £220 from them on 13/03/2024, this was not delivered or refunded and I have now received an email on 10/04/2024 confirming the company is in liquidation.
Looking on Companies House, it appears the Liquidation process started on 26/10/2023. They have therefore fraudulently been taking orders since this point, fully within the knowledge that they would not be fulfilled.
I really feel for people who have spent a lot of money with this company. Do not trust them - and do not waste your money with them.

Don't do it
Placed an order on 23 March and waited. No goods arrived. I emailed both sales and customer services, not reply. The number just rings and ring and then a recorded voice says the person you are trying to contact is busy. Finally got an email on 11 April, saying that the company has gone into liquidation and that you can get a refund from your bank under Section 75 of the Credit Act. My bank automatically gave me a refund. By the way, don't order via Coa Living - it's the same company!!!!!!!!!!!!

UkBathrooms STOLE my money without…
UkBathrooms STOLE my money without delivering the radiator. They said it was in stock with 3-10 day delivery. It never arrived.
They have since called in the receivers and surprise, surprise a different company is relaunching the brand. I wonder who is behind this new company?
Anyway, my money has gone no doubt to support the overindulgence lifestyle of an incompetent business owner.
I leave this in the hands of my card company to hopefully help.

how are they able to continue operating ?? AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have been £1,400 out of pocket with these people for 3 months and they do not answer emails. I cannot understand how the website is still functioning and taking orders when they have emailed customers saying they have gone into administration. In the meantime, I am £1,400 out of pocket on an order I made with them in November and they said that they were unable to fulfil in January (when I chased it). They said they would issue a full refund in January and I have yet to see a penny.

Liquidation
I was told my order would not be delivered as the company was going into liquidation, even though it is clearly still trading on the internet. Now have to try and recover the funds through my credit card.
Date of experience: 11 April 2024
THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY BUT YOU WON'T RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT
This company will take your order, take your money but they have no intention of sending you your product. They are in the process of liquidation but have set up another company and I have no doubt that they will do the same thing again when they start up again. They will tell you that your delivery will be sent but you will never receive it and will not get your money back. All their phone lines are dead. They will not reply to emails. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. They have for the last 4 months been fleecing their customers (& suppliers). On other reviews you will see a letter posted by Ryan who is addressing complaints - be warned that this is the Ryan who is setting up the new company, therefore ready to fleece the next batch of customers. Since September 2023 they have been taking money but not delivering any of the products. You should all report this company as it should not be allowed to keep taking orders like it is. DISGUSTING. I have seen your reply Ryan, and I have seen you replying to complaints since September, so I get what you are saying, HOWEVER, you must be perfectly aware that the Co is still taking orders, and money off innocent customers knowing they will not get a refund or their product. So forgive me, I have paid £950, so until I receive acknowledgement of the fact, and a refund, I stand by my review. Anyone who is/has been ordering and paying since then are losing their money. Where is it going? Who is taking it? How can that be allowed? You know what has been going on regardless of whether you are wanting to build a co after this. Do we not matter?

Warning, they’ve gone bankrupt
I just got an email today to say that this company has gone bankrupt and they will not be shipping the toilet I paid for a month ago.
Annoyingly the website is still live and taking orders! Though if you look carefully there is a legal note there. I only used this company because they lied and said they had it in stock, which was completely untrue. Got scammed by them. The toilet still says “In stock”. Unbelievable fraudsters.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS - taking orders they knew they wouldn’t fulfill as just about to go into administration.
I am now £430 out of pocket, with no items needed urgently for my installation, and having to waste my time going thru my credit cards lengthy claim process. This is not victimless crime
