I ordered £2,300 worth of bathroom goods and unfortunately, two items were damaged, a crack in door of vanity unit and a chip on corner of cistern lid, I emailed VP that night and by 10am next morning they contacted me by phone, but I missed the call so they emailed asking if I wanted refunding or replacement. I chose replacement and it was with me the next morning at 11am. They didn’t want damaged one back. Although it was unfortunate some goods got damaged, these things are going to happen and it’s how it’s dealt with from then on. Ella Haycock was the customer advisor and she was friendly, super efficient and sorted the problem hassle free. I was so impressed by the service that I would order from VB again in a heart beat.
