Poor service
Poor service, not reliable to ship on time and provide tracking details.
I ordered a week ago and were told I'd receive "shortly" tracking details.
I still have not received it. Given delivery timings, it means the product'll arrive far after what was indicated and what I need.
You've replied to the above message indicating you'd follow-up. But you can only provide explanations that won't make any difference to me and won't improve the bad experience . I ordered more than 10 days ago and still don't have a valid tracking number....!

Well, I was hesitant to place the order for the Samsung Airdresser being a bulky expensive item. I worried as this was my first order with Vieffetrade . I bought a Falmec from them for delivery to Estonia. Delivery took some time as I ordered in August but that was no problem. Unfortunately during transport the equipment got destroyed totally. They arranged everything in a week at the most and send a replacement, customer service as it should be...
