it's a sneaky company ,
they put my broadband contract up from €40 to €50 without notifying me,
when i Questioned them about it they said they did not have to notify me, when i told them i was goin
g to a different provider they told me under contract i was responsible for the return of the 3 year old modem and if i didn't return it within 30 days they would take the full market value for it.
I am now with PURE TELECOM and paying €30 per month, NEVER AGAIN with VODAFONE.

What is it with the Vodafone shop customer service in Limerick City Center,passive aggressive and unhelpful staff….I have been with Vodafone for 25 years and never had good service from this store.Go in at your peril

Very aggressive staff. They charge you for roaming when you don't even use it. They refuse to tell when you you used the roaming. In the bill is not fully detailed. I have been incorrectly charged around 30 euros puto f nothing. They told me I was in Jamaica and I was never there in my life. This company is a scam

WORST COMPANY EVER

Vodafone is absolutely shocking stay well away from this company I placed an order for nearly 600 euro they never sent the item and after waiting more then a week without receiving it I contacted them to be told it was put on hold they told me they would cancel the order and I would be refunded it's been a week now with no refund I contacted them again for them to tell me it hasn't actually been cancelled yet they take your money in an instant but when it comes to refunding your money your left waiting weeks still have not received it yet I will forever tell people to stay well clear of Vodafone WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS.

VODAFONE it's a sneaky company ,

it's a sneaky company ,
they put my broadband contract up from €40 to €50 without notifying me,

Will rip you off

Had to move country in a hurry due to a family matter, I rang vodafone to cancel my plan and pay a fines, it took me plus 20 phone calls to customer care and 3 months for them to cancel my account, in the end I had to ring my bank to cancel the subscription, only then did they bother to cancel my account and allow me to pay the fine, will never use a vodafone product again.

Service is horrible(2 months and no help)

The service is not good at all (2 months either phone line was down or broadband was down). We had business broadband and phone line. They couldn't solve a simple problem. The NTU box was broken and was installed wrong place by previous owner. When we called to fix, they kept sending different engineer over and over again.
That engineer quote on quote said "its not my job tell vodafone to check the note i put up in their system, they need to send different engineer to look at it".

We put up a request to talk to manager couple of times, we had no call backs. We were promised that they will look at our bill and wouldnt get charged but we were charged for both of the month the service was down.

At the end we were sick of the service and got someone who we know to fix the box. At the end they sent us a email saying we had to pay 125 euro to move the box. Like that is ridiculous. The amount of time we spent calling them, the service disruption causing the business and all ??? Who is going to pay for that?

We are happy that we are out of it. We got new broadband.

Delays and deceit

Signed up for 1 gig fibre because they said it was available at my location. Two weeks later the install crew arrives only to find out there is no connection point and that SIRO has to be scheduled to do some work. SIRO arrived at a later date but left because they were not equipped for the job. They then came back another day but left because they needed to get permission from the county council before doing any work. They then decided that the work was not cost effective for them and cancelled the job. Vodafone never told me about this and instead just decided to start charging me for the slow temporary internet they had given me while I was waiting for the fibre to be installed because it was taking so long (I had to call up both sides the whole way through to get any information because they weren't providing it). When I confronted them they did give credit back and said they could provide me with a 100mb connection instead. End of the week came and the modem got delivered but no one will be available to do the install for two weeks, which at this point I can hardly trust will actually happen as scheduled. I checked the SIRO website as well and they claim that my home is fibre ready too so I guess them and Vodafone are just lying to people for whatever reason. If they had been forthcoming from the start then I could have gotten a simpler connection and been done with this but instead it's two months later and I'm still waiting.

Horrendous Broadband Service

I have had the worst experience with Vodafone trying to set up broadband. Ordered installation about a month ago and was told installation would happen a week after order was placed.
Installation date kept getting pushed back (from their side), I eventually gave up and cancelled which was almost 10 days ago.
I can’t order from another provider because Vodafone still have an order in process, and every time I contacted another provider their customer service they tell me it will be cancelled within 2-5 business days. Honestly, stay clear from them and their broadband. It’s not worth it.

The worst customer care ever.

Have spent 3 and half weeks without a tv connection. We have no TV over the Christmas holidays. Haven't responded to any of my emails since the 19th of December.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not have anything to do with them.

Have fibre broadband for 2 years

Have fibre broadband for 2 years. Had various problems. The broadband has stopped again not going to get a technician to earliest 3/1/25. I work from home. I will have to find somewhere else to work from.

I have 1GB

I have 1GB, and for the most part getting 200 to 300mb, and some down to 40 or 50, when I rang them , they it was my devices that can't handle the speed, i need to upgrade. Stay away.

We have had no home WiFi for the last…

We have had no home WiFi for the last month or more...we keep getting told it will be sorted in 3 to 5 days... that was over a month ago...no one can tell us what the issue is.. its a different story every time we call..can't speak to a manager/supervisor we need to give 48hrs notice...terrible service providers

Slow customer service - weeks for a solution

I've had their broadband for 2 years now and it's okay. There's times, especially in the evening when it's slow. We have a package so I didn't bother to switch.... However, over the last year I've had to deal with customer service and it's so unbelievably slow and requires multiple emails/calls even though we have a business account.... Like now, we haven't had internet access for 2 weeks!! And they still haven't sent a technician over. If you're small business, skip and go somewhere else!

Vodafone broadband service is a scam

Vodafone broadband service is a scam. Quality is poor. You won’t be able to attend calls or watch movie with Vodafone’s pathetic broadband quality.There are so many issues with their Fibre optic as well. They will do any changes in their service and will automatically start new contract to bind you for another year. If moving house they won’t continue existing contract they will renew it for another year. If cancelling the service they will charge you for all remaining months irrespective of whether you are using it or not. Won’t recommend Vodafone.
