Absolutely love the Theo Mirror, it makes my hall look double the size, obsessed.
The delivery was great, I had a message 24 hours before to let me know of the delivery & the customer support were prompt on replying (as first delivery wasn’t able to be dropped due to heavy snow).

This was our 2nd time ordering a mirror from William Wood and the whole experience has been 10/10. From easy to navigate website, great communication and updates of our order, through to final delivery.
The products are also of the highest quality. Im a perfectionist and always trying to find fault/defects and their products are certainly of the highest quality. We would not shop anywhere else now. In fact, we are just about to order a 3rd mirror to match our most recent purchase

We preordered one of the Brooklyn mirrors for our hallway. The price was great as we preordered, delivery was smooth and the mirror looks great. I searched for a long time to find a mirror that would match following a renovation of our home

Waited all day for delivery of a £500 mirror . Courier rang at 6:30 wanting to leave mirror on a main road as I had gone out after waiting until 5pm , cannot communicate with William wood apart from email or what’s app and they don’t reply . Still awaiting communication back no mirror and £500 out of pocket . Avoid
