I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience with XM regarding my account issues and the handling of my sister's account as well.
I understand and respect your company’s Terms and Conditions, and I sincerely appreciate the clarity provided. However, there have been several points that remain unclear and have caused significant frustration:
Third-Party Deposits: It was confusing to us that the deposit was accepted in the first place, given that third-party transactions are prohibited. If the system allows such deposits to go through, we believe it should also allow withdrawals of any profits generated. It would have been helpful to receive clearer communication on this matter before making the deposit.
Lack of Clear Communication: At no point were we informed that the use of the same bank card across multiple accounts would lead to such a situation. We were under the assumption that using the same bank card on multiple platforms, as we have done in the past without issue, would not be a problem with XM.
Request for Account Reconsideration: While we understand the need to follow your policies, we kindly ask for reconsideration of the decision to block the accounts. We would greatly appreciate the release of the profits made, as this situation was the result of a misunderstanding on our part. Moving forward, we will ensure to follow all terms and avoid similar issues.
In conclusion, while we are disappointed by the current outcome, we hope that XM can take into consideration the circumstances and re-open both of our accounts. We have always believed in the credibility of your platform and would like to continue using your services, recommending XM to others in our network.

I’m beyond disappointed with XM Forex! I had an account with them a while ago and initially faced an issue with the $50 welcome bonus because I opened my account on my fiancée’s phone. They removed the bonus, but I accepted it and moved on. That’s NOT the real problem here.
After that incident, I contacted XM customer service and explicitly asked if I could continue trading with my account and use deposit bonuses. They confirmed that I could trade as long as I used one device at a time. Trusting their word, I deposited $122 and traded successfully, growing my balance to $520.
But the moment I tried to withdraw my profits, XM rejected my request, removed my profits, and sent me a shocking email! Their excuse? They claimed my account was somehow linked to another account that had leverage restrictions. WHY was I never informed about this earlier? Why did they allow me to deposit money and trade if there was an issue?
Their email states:
"We have decided to nullify all trades, cancel all profits, and close your accounts."
So let me get this straight—XM happily takes my deposits, allows me to trade, but when I make a profit, they erase my earnings and ban me?! This is nothing short of fraud and a blatant scam! If I had lost my trades, would they have refunded me? Of course not!
They never gave me a single warning saying I couldn’t trade. They never stopped me from depositing. But once I was profitable, they suddenly found an excuse to wipe my profits.
XM Forex is not trustworthy. They manipulate traders, let them deposit freely, and only take action when you make money.
To anyone considering XM, STAY AWAY! They can remove your profits anytime under vague "terms and conditions." I demand that my profits be reinstated, or I will escalate this matter further.
XM, do the right thing and fix this NOW! 🚨👎

I placed 3 withdrawals on Sunday and Monday. Normally my withdrawals are paid by the next day. I haven't received any funds from the 3 withdrawals I placed as yet I get the normal response that it can take up to 5 days. They say processed on the app but who knows what happens in the background. I rely on my funds rotating to trade and for my expenses. This puts me in a frustrating position. Send me the proof of payment then I will believe that it is actually done.
