I love Shannon and I love the palette! It replaced three other palettes for me. I previously had multiple palettes with colors, Terracotta replaced all of them with the best of my favorite colors!

Pretty gutted. Purchase the 5 piece makeup remover set (3 face wipes, 1 finger wipe with a net bag). Had just used one of the face wipes and found it worked ok, chucked it in the wash after a few uses so decided to use a new one that I hadn’t used yet. I noticed all of the fluff was going on my face and was taking quite a lot to actually remove my foundation, I didn’t notice any loose fluff on the first wipe I used so found it odd, then I went to wipe my cheek and found that there was a big hole up of the top and it just kept unraveling. Can’t have been caused by my nails because… I have super short nonexistent nails 😅
Had been using my face halo remover prior and although the xobeauty one is super soft… my face halo one has been used 50+ times and destroyed and it still comes out brand new after a wash with no holes.
This has been the second time I’ve had a issue with things I’ve ordered so didn’t bother messaging them about it as I didn’t want to seem like I was complaining about everything I purchased so ohwell gave it a shot anyway.

Amazing experience! Shipping was fast and efficient even with it having customs costs to pay. The quality of products is incredible! I've never owned products like this before with such highly pigmented colours and minimal fall out. The Native palette is literally my favourite that I have ever owned now and has very quickly become my holy grail palette. I hope it never gets discontinued to be honest. The colours are extraordinary and I've never known shimmer formulas to be so glittery in 1 swipe with barely any fall out! Wearing these eyeshadows daily now because it's the perfect mix of colours. When I'm not wearing them, I'm wearing the Eye Halos which are also insanely glittery and are the first ever liquid eyeshadows I've ever owned that do not crease even a little bit. Not to mention, the removal mitts are amazing as well. Super soft and takes barely any effort to wipe away all your makeup. Plus the storage/washing bag they come in is an added bonus. Now I can toss my makeup remover mitts in a cold wash and not worry about having to clean with my solid brush soap if I don't want to. Perfect experience to be honest and I'll definitely be back for more!

I’ve tried so many fake tan products and always been disappointed. I decided to give Shannon’s a try. WOW! It is the b st product on the market! The Mitt is designed so the product doesn’t seep through and get your hands orange. No orange color at all just a beautiful tan. Absolutely love it! I won’t use another product ever it is that good.
