Really disappointed with Yesim
Really disappointed with Yesim. With a great signal, couldn't get internet connection many times, sometimes even for entire day. Tried to reach Customer service, it took them hours to respond and still no help. Had to switch to Airalo and no issues at all. Bought Yesim hoping it would solve my internet needs while travelling around US. It was not the case. Would not recommend at all.

On the other hand, the responsiveness of the customer service who recredited my account so that I could redo the procedure twice.

The handling of the eSim is very good. But the performance in the US was very slow (at Airport Las Vegas I had only 1Mbit! download rate).

Data eSIM worked perfectly
eSIM data plan worked great whilst travelling and was very reasonably priced. Data and access was flawless. Purchase via app was straightforward, and activated fine.
Deducted 1 star as marketing was a bit spammy - both on E-Mail and via in-app notifications. Beside that would be happy to use again in the future.

Didn’t work at all, contacted operator, followed basic instructions after intuitions, which was done by my me anyways at the beginning, after 2 h wasting emails gave up,

Excellent service
Excellent service. This is third time im using Yesim.app
I visited US and Asia last month, so I bought Global plan, which suits me best.
Everywhere was 5G with no issues.

Waste of money
Waste of money, just buy a SIM card when you get to the intended country. Could not get connected and tried to go through the steps with the support team. Continued to receive error messages, which is no one’s fault. However, after asking for a refund or at the very least a credit, no further assistance provided.
I super enjoy paying for something I didn’t get to use.

Benefits are that you dont have to buy and activate the sim straight away, you can use Activate Later option to lock the best prices in. Also the benefits are Ycoins and Refer a friend scheme, which are both really good. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed.!

Don’t use them in the US
Tested their data plan in the US: Cheap and (relative) easy to use. Good coverage in most places. However, even though I have full signal strength, sometimes my bandwidth drops to almost zero (0,33Mbps) and internet becomes unusable. This happened several times.
Also Yesim keeps sending me email and notifications offering me discount codes and encouraging me to recruit new customers for them.
Got fed up with internet dying on me all the time and tested a competitor (Airalo), in comparison they;
Seems more trustworthy.
Was easier to activate.
Have no issues with signal strength.
Don’t constantly spam me.
FYI: Yesim was using AT&T in all the locations, while Airalo was using T-Mobile.

Nice service
I flew with my girlfriend to Turkey last week and decided to try esim for roaming for the first time. As for a person not familiar with esim installation - clear step-by-step instructions with screenshots. Internet connection was stable, so I recommend it.
