After logging into my account, I brought forward a pre-ordered repeat for certain items; I was charged, but then told some of the items were not in stock. Be it a Sunday, I tried to cancel this order online, and requested a refund. I was happy to learn a refund was made the very next day; plus the alternative foods I purchased arrived within two days. Whilst I was annoyed at first that monies were taken before the system recognised its stock issues, I was happy it was resolved swiftly, and then a bit annoyed with my self for not being patient! I'd give six stars if I could.

I tried twice to contact Zooplus via their website form (there's no number to even call, nowadays - welcome to the digital age! Frustrating when you're already frustrated!).
The contact form would not go through.
This is not acceptable. I will not order from Zooplus again under these conditions, and will tell others here not to, as well.

I emailed support and they said, they don't deliver to Canada. Told them my payment went through and they wanted an email confirmation number BUT it wasn't sent to me. Instead I copied and pasted the transaction on my credit card and they haven't replied back. My purchase should have been rejected or automatically refunded.

Best costumer service
I made an order using wrong email by mistake. There for I didn’t get my confirmarion of my order by e-mail. Totally my fault. Disappointed in Zooplus Greece/Poland

Good product selection, clumsy delivery

DATE BREACH, and they don't seem to care. I was a new customer
As a new customer. I set up account as directed and was sent into someone elses account. We both had the same surname his first name was Robert and he lives in Hereford. I live in Essex. I saw his full name address and I believe I could have changed the delivery address and had items delivered to me. I did not look at his Credit Card details or if he had an option to save his these details. I contacted Zooplus and I did not feel taken seriously. This is a DATA BREACH and unsafe. When I emailed them they told me to log in again and delete the details of the original Customer and and enter my own details. I will not be ordering from this company.

Credit card fraud
My wife has been charged 100 Euro on her creditcard by Zooplus. We live in Denmark and has no animals in the house. We never used this store. We have contacted Zooplus. I am very disappointed in Zooplus's reaction to these facts. They want to protect their costumers they said. They dont even want information about the transaction so they can identify their "customer" and blacklist the person. No worries. The money are on their account. Why bother that they are stolen from somebody else.

Good selection, good prices, excellent customer service
Zooplus provides a large variety of products, including both of the prescription dog foods which my dogs require and the Urinary Health cat food which one of my cats requires. They deliver to my door and are substantially less expensive than if I were to purchase at the veterinary clinic. I’ve received excellent customer service and, when on one occasion there was a glitch, Zooplus was proactive and corrected the issue. I am a very satisfied customer.

Delivery times are awful slow
The transport needs meanwhile more than 10 days delivery time, delivery times are indicated wrongly on the English and Irish Zooplus page There is also no indication that the articles will be shipped from Germany. On the German webside I am over 18 years as a customer and the delivery times are not kept also there plus the packing is more than poor, and/or again and again packaging arrives damaged!

The best service ever!
I had 2 bags of dry cat food with a large amounts of crushed pellets. I contacted ZooPlus after the fact, but before I was ready to order more. I submitted a picture showing them all of the pellet 'dust' in the bowls. I was hoping for a discount on the next order, but instead, they sent me 2 bags of the cat food. No excuses. They came through far beyond what was required.
Simply amazing service. They have a customer for life, or as long as I am owned by cats.

Best overall online pet supply store
I have 4 pets (2 dogs and 2 cats) that need loads of food, treats, chews, cat litter (and deodoriser) and (occasionally) toys! Having tried quite a pack of online stores, I have for the last 2 years used only Zooplus.com. The selection is great (for my needs) and prices seem to beat their competitors pretty consistently. The only thing is that delivery (from Germany) can take a bit long sometimes, so you need (to be on the safe side) order a week in advance. It is also worth subscribing for their discount membership.
