Repsol boosts investment in transition technology
Spanish energy company unveils two investment funds aimed at accelerating development and application of new technologies
Spanish energy company Repsol has increased its backing of new technologies aimed at the transition to net zero with the launch of two investment funds. It has launched a €150mn ($151mn) venture capital investment fund with Spanish fund manager Suma Capital. The fund, called SC Net Zero Tech Ventures, will support companies that develop technologies aimed at decarbonisation and the circular economy to accelerate their application to an industrial sale.
