so over Christmas and the new year James, o moaner had been of air for a week or so and it was bliss. not having to listen to the man moan about the same thing he does every time he comes on air. and the conversation always starts with letter b and ends in the "it", if you know you know! i think the man is obsessed because every time he goes on about something then the brex word always gets dropped into the chat. anyway some of the other presenters like a certain Mr. m wright well i really don't know what the appeal with that man is either, its like the 10am to 1am slot is cursed with these two folk. but then lbc must like them. not sure what the appeal is myself.?!

Gone to left wing now.didnt like James O'brien anyway.if you disagree with him your racist of far right bla bla.he dont like the fact he is full of shit.Also no nigal forage now and the remaining centre right d.j's are watered down by the station.dont like that Mathew Wright either.has to have a dig at anything right wing when he can. This station is going from bad to worse. Natasha Devon's LGBTQplus show deserves a special mention. Truly awful. "Phone me now if you are trans and have been a victim of white people.".

Each presenter brings their own personality but never in my listening history has a radio presenter shoved their opinion down listeners throat more than Bravamen this morning.
I thought presenters should be thought provoking and impartial.Not this one! Her way or no way. Overtalkes the callers with such aggression how rude ! Sounds like an argument in my lounge not a debate discussion or conversation.
The tone of her voice harsh her words clipped and it's like listening to a car stop start stop start.It just doesn't flow.
I heard her speak to a caller with such contempt when she wasn't talking over him and say I fundamentally reject your suggestion! Why ! Anyone opposing her belief she gets louder harsher more arrogant and argumentative and if she has no answer when asked a question she changes topic! The caller has no hope ! Thank goodness for listeners who challenge her. She misses the point the caller makes as she doesn't have the facts to answer.Then cuts off the caller! She only likes her own voice is self opinionated and is using LBC to get her personal opinions on the radio.She is not open minded and very biased and not suited to these radio shows.
A caller Naz told her she has no compassion and is one sided.
I'm glad others think the same.

Christmas morning was a disaster.
Please tell me why you would let a gloomy, miserable presenter start off our Christmas morning. Matthew Wright likes the sound of his own negative voice far too much. He references so much in his own mundane life He actually admitted he did not like Christmas and did not want to be in the studio. Understandably he said he would rather be at home with his daughter. He promised that he would stay at home next year. Please let him keep that promise. To make matters worse you let him cover Nicks holiday and he even moaned he did not like the days between Christmas and New Year.
Please get someone with a personality next year.

Are the presenters compromised? TFL ie the Mayor of London (Labour) has his ads running on the station every time I tune in (at least once or twice an hour) which very lucrative for the station. Seems to me the presenters have dumbed down their questioning of the policies of this government?

LBC's James O'Brien is an ill-educated person that just wants to cause attention to himself. His views on farmers and IHT was just adversarial for the sake of it. Not listening at all and loving his own voice. I too dislike listening to him on radio - and switch it off when he is on.

I feel really disappointed in Shelagh Fogarty today!
A man called in and bravely talked about his niece who had died of cervical cancer at a young age due to her GP and medics not taking her symptoms seriously!
Shelagh basically accused the poor girls parents of being anti HPV vaccine (a choice every young woman has to decide to do or not and is a decision not to be forced upon) and so Shelagh said it could have prevented their daughter’s death!
The uncle who called, kept very calm but I felt for him as he’d lost his niece and she sounded judgemental and lacked any emotional intelligence in dealing with the call! I will never listen to her again!

A review of LBC in memory of the late Alex Salmond.
What follows is an exchange between Alex Salmond and Iain Dale 21/05/24 on the matter of ‘Israelis’ killing of Palestinian adults and children:
Alex Salmond: “…and no one can watch that [first hand evidence of illegality] and say that we should be in any way aiding and abetting illegality on this mass scale which has resulted in the murder of at least 25 thousand innocent women and children.”
Iain Dale: “I love the way that Scottish people say that word - Mur-dur. Taggart!”
Cue laughter from some.
Alex Salmond: “…It’s from Taggart, but this is actually happening. Taggart was fiction.”
This interaction, and their response to a complaint, represent the casual disregard by LBC towards the innocent lives of Palestinian women and children taken by the ‘Israelis’.
If Iain Dale had mocked the word ‘mur-dur’ in context of ‘Israelis’ he would not be able to prostrate himself enough to avoid being sacked and pariahed by the establishment media.
Iain Dale has exalted status at LBC – make of that what you will.

This isn’t a balanced current affairs radio station it’s a divisive, negative, hateful station.
Currently the aim is to be hateful to the older generation, blaming them for everything! The majority of this group lived through high interest rates, low wages and poor working conditions.
I’m no where near retiring yet but this rhetoric to demonise the older generation is dangerous & divisive.
Not least because we will all get there and if we make a society where all the older people are viewed as leeches and not valued what we are aspiring to as working adults in saving, planning for our old age, it’s pointless. I started listening to this station because I wanted a balance viewpoint but clearly there is an agenda, quite left-wing in my experience. I would say actually I’m very worried, apart from a very few presenters like Nick Ferrari & Ali Miraj the rest are very condescending, self entitled presenters actually. I now turn off and listen to smooth radio instead because it’s much more upbeat and less depressing and it doesn’t give me a headache.

Disgraceful radio. Please don't tune in unless you like Netenhayu's evil radio. Shelagh will make you smash your radio and Ian is one of the worst racist brexiteers you've heard. He's an absolute fatty. Tom is cocky Tom, has his first job and thinks he's the don... As Israel commits genocide, and this station promotes this daily with presenters too scared to lose their jobs. It's painful. I hate LBC and I've stopped listening after many years. James is the only presenter left as they mysteriously sacked the only other voice against the genocide Sangitta.
