1. Slow Shipping: Took three weeks to arrive with express shipping, way longer than expected.

2. Poor Quality: The jacket had loose threads everywhere, especially around the buttons, and the s
ize was way off. Shipping label clearly stated it was shipped from China 🇨🇳, not UK 🇬🇧. Products were definitely made in China

3. Return Policy Issues: Returning the item was a hassle. I was told no refunds, just a discount code after a lot of back and forth with customer service. It was nothing like the gift card option stated on their website. And no you can't use discount code they gave you with another discount code listed on their website. Only 1 discount code allowed! They need to be upfront about only offering a discount code for returns.

4. Customer Service: The suggestion to resell the item myself and the complicated return process felt unfair. Not the kind of service that encourages repeat customers.

Would give 0 if I could! Really bad customer service, returns are a huge pain. The quality of the dress I bought was just awful and I was really excited about it! The proportions were so strange and sizing was completely off. The fabric was very cheap, especially for the price. I really regret buying anything from this brand and would not recommend.

I would give this terrible company less than one star if only it had been possible  17br/>DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MISS ROSIER!!
You can not get a refund no matter the reason why you wish to return
your order. They offer you all kinds of other solutions which only cost you even more money at the end.
I ordered a size Large dress - but the measure round the waistline was only 62 cm! According to their own sizechart, that is a size XS!! Not even my VERY slim 17 year old daughter (she is a size S) was able to fit into it!!
Shame on you making ‘normal 17-sized women feel like elephants, when we are not!
Now I am stuck with a useless 220$ dress.

Would give 0 if I could

Would give 0 if I could! Really bad customer service, returns are a huge pain. The quality of the dress I bought was just awful and I was really excited about it! The proportions were so strange and sizing was completely off. The fabric was very cheap, especially for the price. I really regret buying anything from this brand and would not recommend.

Received dress very quickly

Received dress very quickly! I absolutely love the dress, but the skirt looked as if it had been stepped all over after spilling flour. The marks must have been from how the fabric was sitting, they steamed out no problem (thank goodness).

China company not ready for US market

NO STARS AT ALL

Skirt is lovely

Skirt is lovely, pockets are a great depth, and the skirt was immaculately packed. The package was well sealed but not impossible to open, and did not seem as if it had been manhandled. Pattern of the fabric is very pretty, and the color is versatile. Thank you so much for the lovely skirt! Will purchase more from this website in the future.

Well constructed dress that fits 17/h2>

Well constructed dress that fits beautifully. I ordered the same dress in different colors. Ordering process and communication with their customer service team were wonderful. Fabric a little thin, but not see through. Will definitely order again from this website.

Don't order from this company

Don't order from this company (Miss Rosier). They seem to be a drop-ship operation and the dresses are sold on other websites too, for less. I ordered two dresses + expedited shipping to the USA. They didn't arrive on time for my event, so I didn't even open the packaging. When I emailed to return them, it took several email exchanges over the course of 1-2 weeks, each time their customer service tried to give me an "offer" to keep the dresses and give me store credit. I *finally* got a refund after paying for the return myself + a repacking fee (x2) and an extra mysterious shipping fee ($12). They then also deducted the $25 DHL fee AGAIN. So from the $363 order, I got $314 back, about two months later. Best to avoid.

Awesome service

Awesome service, awesome product! I can't say enough good things. It fits so well with a regular bra or corset, though I prefer to wear it with a corset .it has a comfortable fit, not loose, though i might request a more snug fit next time.

Kleid am 8.12 bestellt und es ist bereits 13.01 und noch immer nichts vom Kleid angekommen. Also über ein Monat!! Schon her nach mehreren Mails immernoch erfolglos.

Ich warte leider immernoch auf eine Adresse zwecks Rücksendung der Ware.Es scheint, dass diese bewusst nicht an die Kunden herausgegeben wird.Zu den Fakten, dass die Ware riecht und qualitativ nicht ansatzweise dem zu zahlenden Preis entspricht, passt keines der Kleidungsstücke.Diese sind viel zu klein und auch falsch geschnitten.Ein Kleidungsstück war nicht im Paket.Ich habe bereits 3 Emails an Miss Rosier geschickt ( Adresse ) und bekomme einfach keine Antwort.

SCAM AVOID

This company wants you to vet their returns policy first. What a joke. SCAM. AVOID. After I received my crappy quality dress I thought I would naturally be entitled to my online consumer rights. Taking a look at their returns policy (non existent) it is again an instagram SCAM. Advertising as British, distributed from HK and you return to the US at your own expense in 7 days - impossible & expensive. THEN you don’t receive a refund but a credit to spend again at their company. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Oh and you cannot warn others as they close their instagram comments. SCAM. AVOID.
