I stopped watching the BBC years ago due to a huge decline in the quality of programming, combined with a political agenda that I find nothing short of offensive. So why should be BBC be allowed to continually knock at my door, bothering me at the worst times and treating me like a criminal?! This is a shameful, biased organisation. It's no wonder they lose an average of half a million 'subscribers' per year.

Absolute disgraceful
The Beeb should totally support themselves , that way they can be as woke and bias as they want , I’m paying for two programmes that I watch occasionally ,
Question time was once fair and middle ground , now it depends on the BBC’s agenda , if I had the choice I would not pay and stop any watching of the mostly crap they serve . If you are older than 50 they do not serve you well yet that is their client base !

BBC Radio 4 news used to be excellent, but recently some dim spark has changed its format. At 8 am this morning the R4 Today News gave few headlines, then a string of adverts for totally irrelevant BBC programmes, followed eventually by the actual news. The bulletin length and coverage was not extended to make up for the interruption. I had noticed this format before, but thought I was on a commercial channel. This change is likely to annoy listeners and also shoots the BBC in the foot. Part of their claim for a licence fee is that BBC does not broadcast adverts. Wrong! If anything, there are now many more adverts on BBC radio and TV than on commercial channels. I would have emailed BBC directly, but their web site is full of programme adverts, and if present, an email contact address is well hidden.

Desperate for reform.
BBC Verify demonstrates how twisted this organisation has become. Real journalism should be founded on the principle of reporting unbiased facts, without the need for a separate, questionably unbiased function. There are too many obviously left leaning reporters. It should be impossible to determine a reporter's political leanings in a mandatorily funded state broadcaster.
There are exceptions, (e.g. Fiona Bruce and Clive Myrie) and they still produce some excellent dramas, but too many are ruined by trivial and frankly adolescent politically correct efforts, over compelling, engaging story telling.

BBC Verify are an absolute joke and with over seventy over paid useless leftie journalist are a complete waste of our licence fee. Quote: An alleged 'independent Tax Advisor' was in fact a fully paid up member of The Labour Party and indeed sat on a Labour committee!! Joke or Bigoted ???

I couldn't resist giving a review on Trustpilot regarding my favourite BBC1 programme e.g. 'Doctors'. The series ended after 24 years on Thursday, 14th November 2024 and I thoroughly enjoyed watching it through tears and laughter! The final episode was amazingly fantastic, wherein it resolved the issues such as a physical assault and bullying against staff, homophobic and a physical-type of illness suffered by one of the senior doctors e.g. 'Zara'. She was absolutely a gem in her role throughout the series, but more so on the final show, as well as her fellow actors. Well done to everyone. I also congratulate all the actors who appeared throughout the series, the writer(s), production staff, camera staff and everyone who contributed and worked on this brilliant series, which I'm going to truly miss very much. I've recorded the final episode which aired on 14th November and would be watching it over and over again in the future, because it was an absolute GEM! Mrs Euline Stewart.

A disgusting disgrace of a corrupt and corroded institute that should have been dismantled yrs ago. These things are the reason I won't ever watch terrestrial TV.
The people have reviewed here near 10k times! And you sit at 0.3 out of 5*(as you have to leave a 1* as mandatory) so you are basically 0/5*
And you keep going, doubling down, tripling down, soon to be falling down completely!. as I'm sure this one word will stir fear to the core. TRUMP won elon rightly hates the bbc and things are going to change!. Your days are numbered. And we shall all cheer at the mass propagandist agena getting anhialated and disassembled. Only two programmes worth watching. Countryfile and Asia. All complaints rejected and denied and on the website even the most innocuous comments are removed. BBC not fit for ordinary people who don’t agree with its woke agenda. As for bias…. enough said

Anything decent they axe and cut it off at the roots. The Gone Wrong Show , is a rare example of the BBC justifying it's licence fee. Two seasons and fair sized audience and the BBC decide to pull the plug . Meanwhile they keep rubbish like the GN show on air which is just a glory hunter sucking up to celebs . Perhaps the laughs within the , GWS were too easy for the woke miseries of the BBC who need every bit of screen time to tick some box. I feel for the young talent who made tv got right for a change and as a unit cost less then Gary Linekers get's paid per year. Seems the BBC are obsessed with impeding new talent and stopping anything that connects with the public directly . The BBC is a gone wrong show it itself one that accounts in no way directly to the public on how it spends money . To over pay the likes of Linker and Norton as well as it's high living executives . The public should get a direct vote on all matters related to the BBC. Until that time the BBC is in continued violation of the trade description act.

Tried recording brian cox the solar system in hd,un-watchable due to half the screen being taken up by some chap doing sign language,very very distracting to the point where we had to switch it off and not bother, nothing against hard of hearing people whatsoever,but why the hell can i only watch this in standard format if i don't want a signed broadcast???

A very very disappointing start to this year, been watching for years, all this veggie crap and political horse manure, it seriously maybe the end of masterchef and a long standing viewer loss.
