Low ratings over Xmas, it is the weakest link! Even been beaten by it ! Coronation St is going down the pan quicker than water down a drain! Story line as boring as watching paint dry. Same old hospital scenes, one copper , now we have a paramedic who happens to be on call each time an accident happens in her street! Boring scripts are so predictable.😞

I have a 7 year old grandson while watching a programme interrupted by an advert booking.com he said to me why are they swearing grandad and I was rather upset about this trying to explain what it was about. He said if I said that at school I would be in trouble.
Please refrain from showing this advert or have a different meaning to that silly advert

Forgot I was watching a movie! Stayed with family over Christmas and was dismayed by the amount of adverts being played....so many in fact it felt more than the actual movie! Thank the heavens I just watch streaming at home...and peeps have to pay for a TV licence for this shower? Something is very wrong here.....

Generally, ITVX content is decent, however the app and website are incredibly poor. Britbox content has been shoehorned into ITVX yet ITVX bizarrely only permits one viewer profile who is an adult. Its the only large streaming app making out like there's only one grown up person in a household using it. So now my family have to all share suggestions, continue watching and watch lists on the app or website. A very poor experience. I really do hope that ITV consider adding the ability to have multiple profiles on ITVX in the future (that aren't kids ones)… Like every other streaming service manages to do. Enough with the kerching stuff too, talk about devaluing a brand.

I tried ITV free week and thought they might have got it right having tried it last year and found little problems and now still find the same problems, as a pensioner I have to have the subtitles on some have and some haven’t, and sometimes trying to get into ITV X can be vert awkward for me, if only ITV X can be good as BBC catch up but alas no, and I was going to say it’s free but not because you have to pay a licence to use it, so really ITV X is cheaper if only they could get their act together🙃

The Chase 27/11/24, contestant got 18 in the final chase, brilliant score, then the chaser answered the questions so fast, she was the better player she could of slowed down £ 5000 would of made such a difference to the contestant. But no it was taken away. So often now the contestants lose.

Itv news is so inaccurate loads of speculation misleading viewers facts presented out of context shows a lack of integrity in the news editors who must have little understanding and not able to verify poor data and stories. Presenters like Tom Brady and Preston should be on gardener's world or country file .Thankfully we have Channel 4 news

Misleading advertising offering free trials and just taking your money straight away. Customer service who don’t listen and have not interest in helping.

When you do use the service most programmes still have adverts as well, so defeats the point in paying.

why should living in scotland and watching STV exclude me from watching my country playing football but have to watch england internationals including all friendly games talk about disregarding scots welsh and irish.

En la ITV de Benidorm Soy una mujer de 65 años, mi marido al volante, el coche al sol y en la cola me estaba mareando por el calor. El empleado le dije varias veces que no me metía en el coche, a todo esto se colaron dos coches sin número por un lateral para inspección (sospechoso y creo que muy dudoso no se si por esto se alteró el empleado que ordenaba el paso de los coches) que de repente me dijo "por mis huevos que se meta en el coche" a esta reacción por supuesto le hice caso. Pero el maltrato es evidente.

What can I say? More stupid football instead of emmerdale. They never realise everyone does not like the silly rubbish. It seems money talks rather than viewers choices.

Couldn't watch the England football match, asked me to sign up to ITV X entered E-mail address and password only to be told the details were wrong, so reset password, had to sign in again only to be told my details where incorrect again ,so have now deleted app as its rubbish
