This tracker is rubbish it shows an address far away from mine. Not worth the money. Then I returned it unused & they refunded less than half of the total. Disgusting behavior. I got a Refind tracker & this one works well for a fraction of the price & weighs nothing.

Battery life is not good, keep having to recharge the battery almost every day. The GPS tracker is inaccurate either shows location at the wrong address or shows GPS location shows many miles away from actual location. At the moment not worth the price paid nor the one star given

Reply:don't lie.. I had 7 day free trial.. It would occasionally give my location then once again return somewhere several miles away.

I purchased a 4G pet tracker from Ubeequee through eBay, and both the product and their customer support have been nothing short of a frustrating experience.

Initially, setting up the tra
cker was a hassle due to mismatched codes. The one on the packaging didn’t work, and I had to rely on a different code printed on the back of the device to connect it.

After a few months, the tracker started to malfunction. It frequently displayed my cat's location miles away from home, sometimes in the middle of a lake or even at sea, while my cat was actually at home or sleeping indoors.

When I contacted customer support, they couldn’t even locate my tracker in their system, implying I might be using a stolen device. After much back and forth explaining the issue with the mismatched codes, they finally acknowledged the problem.

Their advice was to reset the tracker and follow their troubleshooting tips. Despite trying everything they suggested, the tracker’s performance never improved—in fact, it became worse. Now it consistently provides false information, making it completely unreliable.

It’s been over two months since I last time reached out to their support team, and nothing has changed. I’m deeply dissatisfied and plan to cancel the service.

If you're considering buying a tracker, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration.

Battery life is not good

Hello, I am sorry to read your review. We do recommend and advise ensuring the the 'LBS' setting is turned off in the APP to improve accuracy. This will turn back on if its being used when the battery is very low as it is a battery saving option and better than the tracker turning off when in use, but when connected to these masts, the accuracy is not as good as when connected to GPS or WIFI. GPS trackers will require regular charging and we do have an article on this on our website. Your particular tracker should last 24-36 hours between charges with normal use on a full charge.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to read this. I have been through the emails from our helpdesk and there is no indication at any time that they thought you had stolen the tracker from somewhere. The confusion appears to have some from the fact that you ordered the tracker in one name, the subscription in another and were emailing from an account with another different name. We do take customer security very seriously so they did need to ask you some details to confirm that they were in communication with the correct customer.
The tracker number and the IMEi number for the tracker are different from each other and this is the difference in the numbers that you report. You can only register the tracker on the APP with the device number and not the IMEi code. As we have not heard from you in the last 6 weeks we had thought that you were happy with the tracker so I am saddened to read that you are not. If you email the helpdesk, they will be more than happy to assist you with any issues you may be having.

4G tracker - useless and worst customer support !!!

I recently bought the 4G tracker for my cat .. and it simply has not worked correctly from the beginning , it is highly inaccurate subsequently , contacted Customer support and explained , but the solutions offered did not work , now the tracker has been lost by my cat and cannot be traced , Customer support are refusing to answer my request for refund , and now not even replying to my requests .. avoid this company .. the tracker was useless and the customer support even worse , not even a contact telephone number so they simply do not answer difficult e mails .. Terrible company

Good and bad

Good and bad.
I paid for a 24hour delivery and it took over 10days.
When it arrived it did not work and I had to spend ages in touch with support to finally get it to work. Why if it was a new unit???
Also it does not turn on or off simply by pressing the button. You have to remote shutdown or the battery drains.
Seem to work ok now but my overall experience was not good

Hello, I am sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver as expected. Unfortunately this is outside of our control but we do understand the frustration that this can cause.
With regards to the power button, we do address this on our website - when the tracker is actively tracking we dont want someone else to be able to turn the device off as this would not be very secure so it can only be turned off via the APP which means you remain in control of when it is turned off and prevents anyone else from doing so.

Good trackers, easy to use and good customer service

Have been using on my 2 cats for 3 years and the trackers have been reliable. They need charging every night but we've got into a routine. We have trained both cats to come home between 10 to 10.30pm every day. I like the size of these trackers and cats look quite official wearing them, especially when blue light flashes :) The only minor criticism is the rubber casing for the tracker ripping every so often. We worry about tracker getting lost, however, we make sure to keep eye on wear and tear and buy replacements, which is quite easy to do. Customer service is good too.

This company will never learn!

I ordered a Ranger 4G tracker and was sent a Ranger tracker - a completely different shape of tracker! Their support desk did respond within 48 hours and shipped a Ranger 4G tracker - the kind that has half of the items missing (I kid you not), scuffed in three places and dirty. Quite obviously someone else's returned used item. Yuk! For the last week I have had no response to email sent to their helpdesk. What an awful way to treat existing customers. I'm not at the point of placing this into dispute with my card provider, and just wanting a refund. This company just does not learn - their support is shockingly bad (see my previous review). They are just so difficult/impossible to deal with. I'm now not going to renew the two cat tracker subscriptions that I have with Ubeqquee which expire in February next year. I'm going to give Tractive a try for trackers for our dog and two cats.

Wow where do I start. Tracker didn’t work atall, kept getting fobbed off that it wasn’t connected and try again as they reset it….

After trying and trying, they agreed a refund and cancellation of subscription (I’m not convinced the have stopped the subscription). Reported to bank to get this stopped…..

Anyway returned item, no refund this company is a scam and does not do refunds as the other reviews had the same problem!!!
Instead they made out that the had not had the item returned which is not true.

Avoid at all costs you are throwing your money at a scam, reporting to trading standards, companies house and also action fraud as I do not want anyone else to go through this.

No customer service and no one over the phone, also got asked to do a positive review after they said they cancelled the subscription.
Worse business I have ever come across! Avoid please!

Scammers! Avoid like the plague!

Auto renewed my subscription without telling me when i had no plans to renew. Charged me £95 without my permission and then tried to make out they'd sent me loads of emails advising me my subscription was due for renewal when they hadn't and that they'd made it clear that the subscription automatically renewed when they hadn't. Now they're trying to make out they can't refund me because they've already ordered the data.

Fraudulent crooks avoid like the plague!

Your order confirmation also had your renewal date on it and we emailed you prior to making the renewal. Unfortunately as you did not get in touch, it was renewed as is standard procedure for a subscription with no cancellation.

I purchased a cat tracker from Ubeequee…

I purchased a cat tracker from Ubeequee almost 4 years ago after my cat went missing. In all this time any problems such as my cat losing a tracker or the SIM stopping working they have been extremely helpful, and issues resolved immediately. Extremely happy with how the tracker works and puts my mind at rest

Fantastic customer service, empathy, and quality & value of cat trackers

I bought two cat trackers as my cats sometimes decide not to come home when called! The size & price of the tracker, and the subscription price, are the best I could find.

I bought the trackers and subscriptions when my cats were 6 months old, and they were a bit big to put on their collars then, so I emailed the support team and they replied swiftly, offering to pause the subscriptions for me, and said they would reactivate them when I was ready and give me the subscription credit to use at that point.

About 6 months later, I doubtfully asked the support team if this was still possible, but again got a quick reply and they said they would honour their offer!

The trackers themselves are fairly accurate, and they have a handy finder alert which enables you to make the tracker ring if the cat has lost it, which I’ve found very useful as my cats slip their collars on bushes a lot.

Unfortunately, one of my cats got attacked by a stray cat, so I’ll be keeping both cats inside from now on. I emailed the support team again this week, this time to request cancellation of my subscriptions, and yet again got a quick and empathetic response.

The quality, speed, and kindness of the customer support team that I’ve experienced is second to none, so I’m surprised to read the experiences from others on here.

All I can say is Gil, Debbie and Mary from the customer support team have all been excellent in helping with my many queries, and I hope they get to read how much I appreciated their excellent service.

We cancelled and returned a ubeequee…

We cancelled and returned a ubeequee watch more than a year ago. This was for my father with dementia. We received a refund, but only after complaining here, as there is no customer service to speak of, and from the email zen, we received no reply.
We thought that was the end of it but no. My mother has just had a payment taken from her bank account in July of £26.94 and then she realised that another payment for the same amount had been taken in January.
I would like these two payments to be refunded and to be certain that, going forward, no further payments will be taken.
Please contact me to discuss, and do not ask me to email zen, as in my previous experience no reply is forthcoming.

Ghosted by customer service…

I had to return the item as it was too big for my cat. The customer service helped me with the return and once they received the item back, they then ghosted me and never refunded my money. I emailed several times and tried to phone, but no answer. I've given up after 2 months of trying to get my money back.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, they dont allow you to cancel your own subscription and when I asked them to cancel any renewal after buying a year subscription from them their response was.

"We will remember to cancel it"

NEVER TRUST ANYONE WHO DOES THAT.

So yeah low and behold they charged me again after a year and trying to get a hold of them to fix this mess they made is a nightmare.

Never do business with them.

Edit: I bought their product through their official ebay account, after getting a year subscription through their site I asked them on ebay how to cancel it, they said they would make sure to remember to cancel it, they did not refer me to TOS or to the correct email to cancel it. They just said they will take care of it and ebay deletes messages after 6 months so any proof saying they will take care of it is gone and they are free to blame me for not contacting the correct email.

If it wasnt some sort of a subscription scam, why not refer me to the email to properly cancel it when I messaged them on ebay?

If only you could give this company 0 stars! Still waiting on my order, they said it had been returned to them damaged and they were resending…. Not a sign of it anywhere. Will give them one week and am getting on to the authorities.

The idea is brilliant but I don't think…

The idea is brilliant but I don't think that the technology has developed enough yet.
I've had 3 new SIM cards FOC as I keep getting "Not connected to the Internet".
Now after damaging the unit, I have bought another and I'm having the same problem.
Unfortunately we are on Bank Holiday weekend and I needed it.
Ubeequee will sort it but I have limited faith in it

So disappointed in the watch and the customer support
Please read ALL the reviews before buying this watch for elderly or dementia.

I see your reply and yes I’m not that technical but I’m also not a fool. In my numerous emails. Back and forth with you I told you that I got technical advice not once but three times and all said the same thing. The watch was not fit for purpose.
Let your future customers understand, The first watch you sent me didn’t work, SO you sent me another one but I didn’t have to return the first one (STRANG) so now I have 2 watches ��
I got the assistance from the technical team and I did like to make it very clear, I am a unpaid care for my husband with Parkinson’s and dementia, so on 2 occasions I had to pay someone to stay with him so I could deal with the watch and was told once again that the watch was NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE !
So if you thought the first part of my review was harsh because I was not smart enough to understand how the watch worked. I will repeat I maybe old I am not stupid enough not to ask professionals for HELP
