Tom was very help full with me helping to choose the right phone contract and air time as required. He fully explained how the phone works and showed me. As being 70 years old I am not very phone or tech savvy.. first class member of staff in the alton store.. and a first class service from him.

i came in yesterday and saw Mate as i’ve been having endless issues with my business account, he really went out of his way to fix everything for me and i will now exclusively deal with this store!
i don’t have an order number as no orders placed yet, but there will be lots of orders in the future im sure

I had a very pleasant experience in store with Tom. He helped sort out my phone after it got sent away for repair and I have all my data back. I have been coming in this store for a while and always have a great experience.

Still NO offers of free ear phones or £100 cash back or access to Disney plus after being offered this at the time of the sale. Even after 2 previous reviews Vodafone haven’t tried to help .
The offer relates to S23 handset it’s a CON CON CON
Just another SCAM as it seems we can’t be heard we’ll go quiet and Vodafone is still big.

Sam went out of his way to resolve a technical bug preventing access to my online account.
Having tried online and in a previous store I'd all but given up hope.
I'm now able to update my plan ahead of a holiday tomorrow.

I went into the Alton branch today to get a new phone or for someone to fix the problem with my old phone.
I was seen quickly and had a lovely, relaxed experience with Sam, the store manager. He went through all the options really clearly and was very helpful. The customer was great & I walked out with a brand new phone with the best deal within the hour! Thank you!

Matt was an absolute gentleman when helping my Nan with her phone problems, super nice chap and couldn’t have asked for anyone better. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using his services again.

Tom helped me move all my data from my old phone to the new IPhone 16 and explained all the features to me as I sometimes struggle with mobile phones. I had a great service in store

Mitch was very attentive and frankly amazing in store! He was so helpful for my mother , very kind and understanding . The overall support from the staff showed great teamwork - a huge change to the Alton store since this group started working in this store , Vodafone should be very proud of this team and Mitch in particular

Shakir was amazing. I had some serious issues that could not be resolved on the app or by dialling 191. He spent the time resolving everything and was very understanding. The manager was lovely and very helpful. I drove here and got stuck in traffic but staff were happy to help me despite it being close to closing. I was walked through everything very clearly and plainly, allowing me to make a very informed decision. I am incredibly happy with my new phone.

Today 27th May in Alton 72 High Ctreet, Alton GU34TET very poor service by NAS consultant., he tried to trick me into agreeing a contract for £30, removed my sim card from my phone and wanted to put in another one of my own but all I had to do was continue on my phone 07770773691 unlimited internet for 1 month but the NAS consultant kept deceiving me. I spent an hour here, got nervous and gave up on his dishonest actions and went to Winchester, and there I was immediately connected to unlimited Internet without an extra contract. I believe that the Vodofon service in Altona works very badly and dishonestly, and I will never apply here for the provision of services, because people are only deceived here.
