I had a lovely experience in vodaphone…

I had a lovely experience in vodaphone changing my provider from o2. The staff were professional and friendly. They let me know what was happening at every step. They ensured I was comfortable throughout. Kirsty and Charlie were super supportive. I am excited to get my new phone

Ok let’s get over bad experience with…

Ok let’s get over bad experience with EE awful by the way 5days no WiFi got wrid. Step up Simon Vodafone shop in Ayr town centre. Welcome experience sat us down assured us everything would go smoothly and it did. Left with new SIM cards correct phone numbers for each phone. (EE mixed them up) Broadband set up and speeds are much faster. Thank you Simon good experiences all round recommend Vodafone to anyone looking to move.

Great service

Steven from the Ayr store has been great today with upgrading my phone, 10 out of 10 for service. Both him and Simon were very helpful and went above and beyond to help ☺️

Ayr Vodafone experience

Both me and Mum came into the branch looking to upgrade our phones.
The staff were incredibly helpful in explaining the best possible plan going forward. My Mum got a very good deal in comparison to her previous. I also got an improved deal with a great forward plan for a future upgrade. Charlie was extremely helpful and made us feel at ease through out this process.
The shop as a whole had a very nice atmosphere and a calmness which was great as sometimes it can be stressful changing a phone.

Vodafone outdone themselves!

I just switched back to vodafone from sky. I left vodafone for a better package deal from sky, mostly because their customer service wasn't great.

However I have just had the best experience with having a rejoined them - a new fiber box installed - installation was seamless and took around 2 hours.
My internet connection is more than I have paid for.

They completely took over the switch from sky - Sky communication was awful.

vodafone has been on the ball with communication and even to contact their customer service with a small query was so easy.

Amazing service 100% happy !!

Simon was very approachable on the shop…

Simon was very approachable on the shop floor and has excellent people skills. He helped me sort out a new plan, saving money on my phone plan and also broadband whilst upgrading my broadband to better tech.

Stevie’ service was friendly and…

Stevie’ service was friendly and quicker than when we usually visit Vodafone stores. He quickly sorted a new phone out for my son then managed to improve my own contract, saving me money. We called in near to closing time but didn’t feel rushed at all.

New phone

Kirsty was very friendly and helpful. She got me a good deal on my phone, and tried to help me out with a specific request I had. Always good customer service in the Ayr store.

Excellent customer service at the Ayr store…

Having been a Vodafone customer previously, I was keen to return due to network coverage and customer service. Simon in the Ayr shop helped me to identify the most cost effective option. He was friendly and efficient, and his customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Extremely happy with Vodafone

Extremely happy with Vodafone. Joe was so friendly and helpful, my mum needed a new phone and he took the time to find the right phone and contract for her. I will be switching to Vodafone when my contract with other company ends as the customer service is fantastic here!

New Products

I was given the time to discuss the best options for what I needed. This resulted in enhanced service, new products and a significant saving!

The staff, Paul in particular, were excellent and I felt they were really interested in what would best suit my needs!

Stress free shopping

We were served by Charlie who was a gem to deal with. Pleasant and conscientious, she checked anything she wasn’t sure about with Paul the manager. The whole experience was stress free and we left happy customers.

Joe was an absolute star

Joe was an absolute star, showed incredible patience and was exceptionally helpful. Called in for a pac code, encouraged me not to leave Vodafone and ended up getting a new contract.
