James in store was most helpful and didn’t give up till my issue ( created by staff on the on line chat) was sorted. Speaking on chat to 3 operators caused my phone to suddenly stop working a few days later. It took time to get my phone no. reinstalled but all issues resolved before I left. Thank you James and the other staff in store yesterday who chipped in with advice .

I popped into the hereford Vodafone store to upgrade my phone on 16.11.24. I upgraded from a samsung flip z4 (rubbish phone) to a samsung s24fe. I was served by Dale who was brilliant, he was very helpful and made the upgrade so easy. He was friendly and made my visit to the shop enjoyable. This is the 2nd time I have used this store to get a contract phone and just from this recent visit, would make me choose this store again. Thank you Dale 😊

I upgraded my contract to a new phone and sim plan with Fil today. From start to finish the service was excellent, Fil gave me all the options with regards to phones and sim plans and was not pushy at all and helped me select a phone and plan based on my wants and needs, he also secured me a very good deal. The whole experience was quick and full of information. Could not fault the service at all, I hope to have Fil again when I next need to upgrade, a real credit to Vodafone!

Duane, Fil and Simon have all helped me fix an issue with my mobile data not working since coming back off holiday. It has been extremely frustrating but they've been so helpful in resolving the issue.

Absolutely delighted with the service at our local Vodafone branch! Brad, the agent, went above and beyond to set up a fantastic family mobile plan. He found us the best deal in Hereford, saving us £50 per month on 2 new phones and an iPad. Exceptional customer service, and huge thanks for the patience in handling a complex order with multiple variables. Highly recommended!

Simon, in Hereford,served us:with great patience and kindness he helped my elderly friend sort out issues with two phones she brought into the shop needing help to understand their set up and capabilities. Charlee at Vodafone in Hereford was very friendly and helpful when an autistic friend of mine lost her phone and couldn’t remember lots of important info she needed to organise getting a replacement. Infinite patience and kindness was shown to Amelia and Charlee made the whole experience hassle free whilst also explaining everything in a way that Amelia could take in. Cheers Charlee!!

I recently switched from O2 to Vodafone at the store in Hereford and Givvi sorted it all out for me in under half an hour. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly, and she worked with me to find a package that fit my needs.

I recently returned to switch my home broadband to Vodafone. I was looked after by Imogen and I found the experience just as smooth as before. She was able to save me over £10 a month vs my current broadband bill so I'm very pleased. Credit also to Charlie who made us feel very welcome and supported while we were there.

We visited the store in Hereford to ask for help with my phone not syncing and seemingly having lost my email group. We were helped immediately by Chris who was extremely helpful and sorted everything out plus giving me some helpful new tips on using my phone.

I popped in to speak to a human about my contract and upgrade options and my god am I glad I did. I had the pleasure of being helped by Imogen who was a delight from the moment she offered some assistance. If I could award her 5 stars personally I would. She was positive, patient and personable to my needs and queries. Despite my endless list of questions she was able to walk me through without making me feel like a nuisance or that any issue was too big. Thank you Imogen!

I have a problem with the service on my Samsung S23. I have been dealing with Vodafon customer service and feel like I have been pushed from pillar to post. I felt I had no option but to try and get this sorted face to face in store. Although the problem is not sorted as yet I can't thank Brad enough in the Hereford store for his understanding, listening ear, being totally professional and going above and beyond with customer service. When my phone is due for upgrade I will be back to see Brad in store, credit to the company. Thank you Brad 😊
