The lamb burger may very well be the best burger I've ever had in Atlanta, and as others have noted the Nutella milkshake is absolutely delicious. And HUGE servings of poutine. Wooo!
Burgers are amazing, and pleasantly not too big/filling. Which saves space for the creative and delicious milkshakes: kahlua chocolate shake topped with burnt marshmallows, anyone?
My boyfriend and I love flip! The food is always perfect and the staff is top notch! One time they didn't have what I wanted and the next time I was in they comped my meal without me saying anything!
Atmosphere of a modernized school cafeteria but the burgers and service make up for it in spades. Slider samplers great choice if you can't decide on one burger. Shakes kick ass too.
Foie Gras. Richard Blais has created a menu with a twist on classics, and his five unique milkshakes include the Krispy Kreme, Strawberry Shortcake, and Foie Gras (yes, really). Leia mais
Visit often! There is always a reason to come back. Everything is delicious, but you can never try it all. The Burger of Today means there is always a new burger to try every couple of days.
Gimmicky? Yes. Delicious? Also yes. Burger sizes are a bit on the small side, but that just means you can order a bunch to share. That's a good thing because it's not easy to decide on just one.
A step up from the typical burger spot experience, if you've got a little extra to spend. Nice vibe/atmosphere. Bar/patio. Turkey burger and sweet potato tots were good. Portions were just right
This is a unique "burger boutique" by Atlanta Top Chef Season 4 Chef Richard Blais.Best fries in town (yes, I said it), fun burgers, and ice cold, no I mean, nitro cold milk shakes. -Hector Santiago,
As burger boutiques go, this is definitely one you don't want to miss. Very cool and diverse scene of cosmopolitan professionals and artists. Ask for Chorizo burger and chocolate shake.
Nice restaurant. I like the feel. Great social environment. The food is pretty good too. But I don't come for burgers. I come for the atmosphere. But I do like the key lime milkshake.
Try Cayrum, its a dark rum aged 3 years and then infused with all natural ginger and honey. Its great as a chilled shot, on the rocks, ginger ale/beer, juices or Red Bull. Theres nothing like it! Leia mais

Chef Blais's cooking tends to be experimental—so at his "fine dining between two buns" eatery, toppings include smoked mayo as well as kimchi & green tomato ketchups.
The Korean bbq burger with kimchee, and Ginger Margarita were good. Teen Diva had a PoBoyger with fried lemon and smoked mayonnaise. The finale was a Pistachio and White Truffle Nitrogen Milkshake!
Try the steak tartare burger made with hangar steak, pickled onions, & a poached egg! You have to get a milkshake while you're here & can't go wrong with either the Krispy Kreme or the Nutella.
The Shakes are nice. I must admit that, but the Burgers are okay. I feel the atmosphere is the winner here. Very social and nice. If someone suggest this place I'll go.
My wife, daughter, & I visited FLiP Burger today and I had the d+lux which was incredible! Thanks Chef @RichardBlais for the amazing dining experience! #FlipBurgerATL

Try the bartender's shishkatail - spicy, infused vodka cocktail that's N2 chilled. Food... Mm so many amazing options but don't overlook the awesome bacon cheese burger.
High hopes, high disappointment. If your from NYC, then stick 2 shake shack. If your frm SF then try Zuni, Nopa or any IN-N-OUT Burger. The bacon frm Benton's is the highlight here... Bummed from CA.
Nutella and burnt marshmallow shake. is. epic. And the foie gras milkshake tastes like butterscotch. Frightening, but true. All our love to the brilliant Richard Blais x Leia mais
Richard Blaise is a burgeoning gastronomic genius. I had the Osso Bucco burger and the Krispy Kreme milk shake. A place to experience at least once, for me... many more!
Went for my friend's birthday on 8/9 - the hostess got testy when I (nicely) asked if Blais was there. Hey, it was a fair question for a Monday night and for my friend's birthday - he's a big Top Chef
Found out there are a few "off the menu" items that you need to try: 1. Sweet Potato Tater Tots, 2. Chicken burger, 3. Mini Corndog Nuggets. You have to ask for them. May be more. I'll keep snooping.
