US Bank and Elavon customer service SUCKS unless you get through to Angela in Texas. She was GREAT! She was able to give me all the facts with no B.S. She didn't give me all good news but she was straight and factual, I like that. She was the fourth person I dealt with concerning my merchant fees and the ONLY one who could help me with factual answers, thanks Angela. 5 stars for Angela 1 star for everyone else hence the 3 star rating.

Horrible experience from Elavon

Update: 12/20/2024, Elavon responded that they will refund our monthly fee…it was unfortunate that we had to write this review in order to get attention to our issue….,,,,,Please don’t do business with these guys, besides their exuberant fees month after month, they’re awful and right down dishonest and thieves.
Placed a call to Elavon on 11/14 to have my merchant account closed. I received an email on the 15th from Elavon asking me to confirm I was canceling account. On the same day I responded with my reasoning & confirmed I was closing the account. I then received an email from them confirming that they had closed the account on the 25th even though I had requested it and got confirmation 10 days earlier. Conveniently, the account was closed on the 26th which was one day after the billing cycle so I was charged an additional fee of $149.99 for a service that I’m no longer using & for a request that took til after the billing cycle ended. Called to inquire why I was still being charged & was told sorry it was the day after the billing cycle. Please be an honest business and give me my money back!!!!

Horrible payment processor
Horrible payment processor. Got approved almost immediately just to be "triggered" for a review with 0$ processed with them.
Review took almost week and all they said, I was approved incorrectly and they cannot onboard me because of "delayed delivery" even though our delivery window is 7-10 days.
Wasted a week of our time, hardly any communication. Basically a mess
