Thank you Handepay and Kunal.
Kunal came and provided super deal with very transparent rates, no extra authorisation cost , got machine in 2 days. So seamless experience and Kunal came to help us activate device. Set up WiFi and showed all features.
I believe any small business needs card machine should speak to Handepay and especially Kunal who came to help us even on weekend. Cheers for super rates and super service .

Kunal has been exceptionally good

Kunal has been exceptionally good. He has been very helpful and always been supportive. Moved from Dojo to Handepay. Saved lot of money and also good deal for transaction rates and machine. Kunal has very supportive in whole process. Thank you.

After being let down by our current…

After being let down by our current providers leaving us not being able to process any payments without any warning I was introduced to Handepay who not only had us up and running in less than 48 hours but also projected a saving of circa £2,400 per year against my previous providers costs! highly recommended.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience, was passed Paul Myroz's details on from another business owner. From the first call made Paul arrived prompty, talked through the whole process and got us set up in no time. Highly recommend. Paul has been a true gent from the start and even gave us a call after a few weeks to ensure everything was working well. Will always recommend his services to other friends and business owners.

Handepay - A good experience so far.

Mike Flay was recommended to us by one of our customers. We thought it would be a classic case of 'a load of old flannel'- but Mike was friendly, very professional & good to deal with. Handepay are also easy to deal with - good customer service & nice machine terminals!

Very easy & simple to swap providers. Mike Flay visited and produced an onsite comparison with our existing company, showing the savings we could make. Mike then quickly & efficiently completed all the necessary paperwork to ensure the switch was trouble free!

Avoid at all costs

Cancelled my terminal with handepay 13/9/24 notice given to merchant rentals by handepay at the same time.

Was told by handepay that merchant rentals would send return address by e mail 4 months on still waiting for the return address for their machine and now merchant rentals are threatening court action for some over due fees they claim we owe them if not paid within 7 days.

Although handepay offered us a free month this was not honoured clearly due to cancelling.

Worse company ever will never use these or merchant rentals again.
