Poor quality clothes don’t waste your money

I have been buying jewellery from Nevaeh for a looong time now and always recommend them. As a busy, active person, they are sweat-proof and incredibly resistant, plus stunning! One time I sent a photo of a slight peel on an initial necklace, and they sent a beautiful replacement within a week! You can’t ask for better customer service. They are attentive and personable.

Nevaeh is the best jewellery brand that I have ever bought from. I have Middle Eastern roots so most of my jewellery is 22 carat gold from Saudi Arabia, because I do not like to take pieces off when showering etc. However, with Nevaeh you are able to get the same quality items for about 1/12th of the price. I have never had a single piece of jewellery tarnish one bit from them, and even if it does you get a lifetime warranty on all of their items. The quality is amazing, no gems fall off and their items look so much better in real life. The pieces are extremely stylish as well, thank you Nevaeh for having everything you could ever want in a jewellery brand!

Unfortunately my first purchase broke but being a good quality company they replaced it for me with ease and care and no charge so I'm very pleased that ks Neveah.

I absolutely love Nevaeh jewellery !!

I had an issue with delivery due to fault on Evri’s behalf and Nevaeh were so helpful in getting this problem sorted and replacement products out to me in time for me to take on holiday !

Can’t recommend enough, great products, lots of choice, excellent quality and great customer service to top it off !! :)

Order arrived and the quality was so poor. one bracelet clasp was broken, emailed to request a full refund as did not want to keep any items as dissatisfied, have been told my refund request is rejected, and keep getting an automated message reply saying I can not return the items

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a bracelet which arrived broken after 10+ emails back and forth of me requesting a pre paid label to just return for a refund they randomly sent me a replacement which I did not want which was also broken in the exact same way. It has taken almost 2 months to get a refund. I wasn’t refunded the postage or my postage cost I paid to return. They will just ignore your emails and hope you go away. Multiple people have messaged me saying they’re in the exact same position from me commenting on their Instagram posts.

Don’t waste your time and money purchasing from this company.

I have been seeing Nevaeh come across my IG page for some time now…. I was reluctant to buy because I have had bad experiences with most of the merchants I have purchased from on IG! BUT I wanted some more bangles and I wanted some necklaces, but I was not trying to break the bank, so I tried them! For me, the experience was a great one! I love every last one of my pieces and I have ordered from them now 3 times! I did not join the ambassador program, but I did refer three of my friends who have made purchases as well and are on their second purchases. I have had my jewelry since the beginning of January and I have not taken anything off, necklaces or bracelets… YES I shower, sleep and work out in them! I know it has only been a short time, but everything is still shiny, has no blemishes and I still love them! I will be ordering more!

I am really disappointed as a returning customer. I ordered the 20 piece mystery box as I thought it would be a great way to begin building my jewelry collection. It took almost a month to receive my item, but I waited patiently. When my item was finally received, I was quite disappointed. Out of the 20 pieces of jewelry 16 of those pieces were the same four bracelets repeated four times. Let me be clear four of the bracelets were repeated four times each making 16 of my 20 mystery box pieces repeats. When ordering the mystery box, you should not expect 20 unique pieces of jewelry which is not mentioned on their site and is very misleading to customers. I reached out to Nevaeh customer service over and over again through email and Instagram DM’s they replied on Instagram saying that they would contact me via email but they never did. I finally got frustrated and threatened to report them to websites like trust pilot and Google reviews and at that point they completely stopped communicating with me. I spent over $100 and have not worn the pieces yet because I was hoping for a resolution from a company that I thought was respectable and reputable. This is not how you treat your customers who are paying their hard earned money for your items. I believe that when I made the threat to report them, they retaliated against me by not responding to my messages. What is a customer to do when they’ve been misled and scammed out of their hard earned money. I see that they are offering solutions to their customers here in the review section, but from my experience, they cannot be trusted. Why offer a solution here when I’ve reached out several times via email and Instagram DM, and have not gotten a resolution. They don’t care about their customers. They only care about their image, which is why they are offering resolutions to their customers on trust pilot. I would have been a loyal customer, had they done the right thing.

I bought 3 bracelets in November, and within a couple of days, the bangle fell off my wrist due to the hinge not closing properly and I lost it. Another broke; luckily, I was able to receive a replacement in the post. However, that replacement has since broken as well. The third bracelet has now lost a stone and is tarnishing. This store is not good quality and I recommend investing elsewhere.

Received my gold colour tarnish free link bracelet & was more of a yellowy gold than pictured. Worn less than 2 days & very dull looking with grey metal showing at the links. Very disappointed as will probably just throw it away as looks cheap. Glad it only cost me £21 I suppose you get what you pay for 🤷�♀�

I've just received my latest order as can't remember hoe many times now I've bought from this site. Everything is quick delivery within 3 days and all items I've bought are sparkly, well made and come in these lovely velvet pouches. I don't take my bangles off and I have gold and silver. The deal buy 2 get one free is fab, git some Xmas presents.

I received my order today from the new clothing range and WOW!

(For a start, I'd only ordered yesterday so super fast delivery)

I bought the Relaxed Straight Leg Joggers - Grey and the Relaxed Jersey V-Neck Cardigan - Grey
And a discounted mystery package.

The clothing items are absolutely gorgeous! Amazing quality (good stitching and lovely, thick, high quality material), beautiful colour (the grey is a stunning almost blue/grey) and genuine true to size fit!

I was a little sceptical at first buying clothing from Neveah, but as I'd bought jewellery from them previously and it was great quality, I thought I'd give it a go.

I got lots of complements on the outfit, especially the cardigan, which is such a nice change to wear with joggers, rather than the usual jumper/hoodie.

I'm absolutely delighted with it all!

Oh and my mystery gift (which was discounted to £7) was lovely too! A gold style necklace that I'd been eyeing up on the site for a while!

I'll definitely shop from the clothing (and jewellery) range again!

I love the Nevaeh jewellery, I have been buying their rings and necklaces for years and have never been disappointed! I can always rely on getting beautiful pieces that are 100% waterproof and will not tarnish over time.
