Having reviewed my savings and found that Paragon was offering better rates than my present providers, I opened an ISA account and transferred in part of an existing one. I also made a deposit for the current financial year.
Everything went very smoothly and at each stage confirmation was sent that funds had been received.

I liked this format.
First time banking with Paragon and I have to say the process was easy, straight forward and my account was open within 24 hours. Communication with paragon has been great. Always kept up to date with emails and paperwork via the postal service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new bank to save with.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Trying to reinvest a recently expired cash isa with Paragon, eventually, following numerous attempts at guessing what next to do due to lack of onscreen information/direction, I've given up and will now transfer my cash isa elsewhere.

My request for help was not understood…
My request for help was not understood en almost all (multiple) of my accounts got closed by paragon. I was just seeking advise for possibility of withdraw money in April 2025, from one of my accounts, Bond account, that was fixed till Sep 2027. I had communicated and even emailed paragon about this.
It caused lots of extra effort for me to rearrange the accounts, now with loer interest.

Recently upgraded existing ISA to a newer issue with better interest rate. Straightforward switch arranged on line in minutes, no drama. Only thing they could do better would be to automatically upgrade if better interest available or at least to notify existing customers by e-mail.

I wished to reinvest capital sum and withdraw accumulated interest upon maturity of existing account which you had indicated was possible. Upon accessing website I was unable to locate such an option!
