I had to make a claim and Charlie was fantastic, helping me at all stages. You responded to all emails promptly and professionally. The claim was over the Christmas holidays and the hand off between Charlie and the team when he was on vacation was very smooth.
Not being local and understanding the system can be very challenging but Charlie and the team explained everything and were extremely helpful.

I accidentally cracked my windscreen when loading the car. I rang Abbeygate and spoke to Alina who within minutes had the claim organised for CarGlass to repair and she also followed up to make sure I had an appointment. Excellent service from Alina and Abbeygate. Highly Recommend.

I had an outstanding experience with Abbeygate Insurance, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Fulvia Maria Gutan. From my very first call, she was professional, reassuring, and incredibly efficient in handling my claims.

After my car was broken into and both windows were smashed, Fulvia guided me through the process smoothly, ensuring that everything was taken care of quickly. She kept me updated on the appointment booking for repairs, making a stressful situation much easier to manage.

I had a young girl hit the side of my car during the Christmas/three kings holidays but dealing with Alina was great. All was organised efficiently and without too much fuss. I’m still waiting to get the repairs done at the selected garage but very happy with Abbeygate’s service.
