Been a customer for several years now. Accounts mature, sometimes I move on, but I always find myself returning. Customer service is great. They reply to messages promptly. Big fan of Aldermore 🙂

I chose Aldermore because they were offering a reasonable rate of interest. Although interest rates have gone down, Aldermore is still offering a competitive rate.
It's easy to pay into the account, and the website is easy to navigate, so you can always clearly see how much interest you're earning on your savings.
I've had the account now for a couple of years and am very happy with it.

I have used Aldermore Business Savings Accounts for about 6 months. I initially chose them because of their competitive interest rates and excellent customer reviews. I do not regret my decision. I can do everything I need to very easily and without any fuss. I haven't need to contact customer service, so I can't comment on that. Overall, my experience with Aldermore has been very positive.

Great bank

I have invested in Fixed Rate Bonds for a number of years, Aldermore has proven to make it easy to manage the account and has maintained good interest rates.

Ridiculously difficult to open a…

Ridiculously difficult to open a savings account with Aldermore. They are not explicit enough about what they need from you and keep rejecting application for the littlest of things.
Don’t waste your time.
