Initially sourced and online quote but then needed advice re health questions. Staff very friendly, knowledgable and patient. Took advantage of the January sale. Will know how good the company really is if we are in the unfortunate position of having to make a claim, which hopefully we will not. However, it's good to have peace of mind when travelling.
Kelly was excellent, she explained things very clearly and helped through the complicated process of taking out insurance. What the policy is like only time will tell, hopefully we will not need it other than peace of mind.
AllClear Travel, was the only company that would cover me for all my medical needs, for world wide cover that I can afford.
The policy cover gives me peace of mind.
Other large insurance companies, would cover for some illnesses but omitted to cover me for the main ones.
Joe Netting was brilliant. Awaiting a hospital appt so my insurance company that I pay a yearly fee for would not cover me for any condition, even existing conditions that I pay another extra premium for. Joe reassured me and got me cover through All Clear. So relieved

1. All Clear gave me the number of days that I wished to travel long haul.
2. Were friendly and efficient in getting through the questions to be answered and referred me to website to obtain quotes for both single and annual multi trips
3. I did the above and found it easy.
4. Competitively priced and would recommend others.

All Clear offer a first rate service. The phone
is always answered promptly. Deniz assisted me today. He was was kind, reassuring, helpful and knowledgeable. I had health problems last year and All Clear were brilliant. In fact, they were the only company that were happy to help me at the time. They provided peace of mind at a reasonable cost and that is why I am a returning customer.
