Mine was a renewal insurance and my call was dealt with by Beverly she was super efficient. I have pre-existing health conditions so a lot of questions to go through. Beverly even managed to reduce the original quote by a small amount. All Clear was considerably cheaper for almost identical cover by a rival company.
I was very impressed when I phoned to discuss my travel insurance renewal. I didn't have to wait long to be connected to an agent, which is always a good start. The agent, Josh Cooper was excellent. He really new his stuff and quickly answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and very professional. After discussing various optioned with Josh, I renewed my policy for another year at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend AllClear Travel Insurance. A company with great customer service and competitive prices will always get my custom.
Very friendly, patient and efficient agent Steven took me through the medical conditions for me and my husband which are both very long. We have been with All Clear for many years now and I find them an excellent company
This was the best on line buying experience. Toyah was excellent in explaining everything in detail and taking her time to make sure that I understood what was happening at all stages. Very pleased with the policy and the cost and hopefully we will never have to use it but I am confident now that AllClear will assist us if we do.

Very straightforward setting up our travel insurance, our medical needs were catered for and the policy was set up professionally and pleasantly by Rabia over the phone. Absolutely no issues and very happy to be with All Clear insurance again.
